I would not rule out Bayern Munich's hopes of winning this season's German Bundesliga. Most teams in hot pursuit of the crown do not have the same level of quality that Bayern possesses. For example, Bayer Leverkusen has not yet lived up to expectations in this current Bundesliga campaign and is experiencing a dip in form, possibly due to minor injuries affecting key players. Similarly, Borussia Dortmund and VfL Stuttgart face their own challenges; Stuttgart sold their star player to Dortmund and is trying to assemble a team capable of winning the Bundesliga.
Bayern has indeed turned the German Bundesliga into a personalized league, and I’m confident they will be the ones to win it this time around. I don’t think we will see a repeat of last season, when Bayern's rivals Bayer Leverkusen lifted the trophy. Bayern has made some vital adjustments and has firmly established themselves as the eventual winners of this season's league.
I think Bayern Munich's competitors this season are no longer Leverkusen, Stuttgart or Dortmund because their performance in the Bundesliga does not look so stable, unlike last season, but there are still Leipzig and Frankfurt who seem to be Bayern's competitors this season, seen from their more impressive performances and they are also quite close to Bayern Munich at the top of the standings. But I don't thinking any of them can win the Bundesliga title like Leverkusen did last season because honestly I still have doubts, maybe those clubs just want to put pressure on Bayern Munich at the top of the standings.
Yes, more on Frankfurt and Leipzig who are tough competitors for Bayern Munich for the current situation, but of course we can't exclude Leverkusen from the list because after all they are still in the top four of the standings even though they have a fairly large points difference with Bayern Munich, but of course it doesn't mean it's impossible for Xabi Alonso's squad to climb up over time.
On the other hand, what is quite unfortunate this season is VfB's performance which is quite bad so that it makes them have to be in 8th place in the standings, even though previously they finished in second place under Leverkusen, but of course it is still a natural thing for a team to experience such changes.
In the end, yes, I also agree with you that although now Frankfurt and Leipzig are able to put quite a lot of pressure on Bayern Munich, but I am quite sure that at the end of the season the two teams are very likely to lose consistency in getting full points, but of course so far Bayern Munich cannot be said to be safe, especially from Leipzig's pursuit.
