If Tuchel stays, I think he will do a lot better next season, I know that he didn't do so well, and he is the manager of the team that lost for the first time in over a decade, so it does look like they do not want to keep him. They should ultimately take an example from Nagelsmann because in the end, although professional performance is important, it does not mean that a club can fire and expel a coach or player for reasons that are not very appropriate and in the last 2 seasons Nagelsmann seemed to be kicked even though his conditions were still better because Bayern were still at the top even though at that time Dortmund was still sticking but in the end it was considered a failure and was fired quickly just because there was Tuchel who was ready to train so the reason is ridiculous if indeed now they hope Nagelsmann can train again after the humiliation that Bayern did before.

Bayern Leverkusen was on another level, I don't even compare them performance with Bayern Munich even if at some point in the middle and f the season, Bayern Munich applied so much pressure on em but couldn't keep up with the pace amd pressure.
Bayern Munich really has dropped form and stuff. Also, I blame the coach and also the injuries they had which has affected them one way or the other this season.

I was boggled by the news honestly, that after having mutual agreements Thomas Tuchel will no longer be leaving the club at the end of the season.
It seems like they did get a better option out there that is vacant currently. Erik Ten Hag was named but, no further plans has be brought up again.

They did experience a decline, but it wasn't that bad. If there were no Leverkusen then they would be champions this season. and also if we compare it with their performance last season, actually there is no striking difference, it's not better, it's true, but it's still within reasonable limits in my opinion.
Overall they failed, this was seen after they had to end the season without winning a single title and they were not used to things like that, so they seemed to have failed because one of the reasons was their habit of always winning the Bundesliga.

I wonder why almost everyone says that Thomas Tuchel is the main cause of Bayern Munich's failure this season. I understand that he is the coach, and as a coach he will definitely be the first person to be blamed, I really understand that.

Tuchel was very luckily to save his coach position of Bayern Munich after the last season ends.

This season, he fails again in Champions League even Bayern Munich bought Harry Kane for him and worse lost Bundesliga title to Bayer Leverkusen. I feel no reason to sympathize with Tuchel for his failures this season. Believe in him for one more season, I don't know if Bayern Munich will expand their patience and give him one more season to prove his ability.

It's boring to see a farmers league like Ligue 1, it would be more interesting to see a league like the Portuguese League which has dynamism in the teams that win every season. Anyways, if they continue wih Tuchel maybe he would prove everyone wrong about him and have a much better season this time.

Bayern Munich management must immediately decide on a coach and team plans for next season so that they have clear targets. Currently, according to them, Bayern Munich has not found the right coach to replace Thoms Tuchel. In my opinion, Tuchel should be retained even though he can't give his best this season. However, the option of retaining Tuchel could be the main priority, apart from giving Tuchel the opportunity to prove that he is capable of bringing Bayern back to strength, at least for the Bundesliga.
