The economic situation for Bayern Munich has been safe for a long time. After consecutive successful years, with proper financial management, they still do not have any problems. 1. Kompany's team will have a good attacking football strategy. It mirrors his work at Burnley in many significant ways.

2. Kompany's team's gonna have leaky defence too.

3. Bayern Munich's unrest remains.

The most interesting part is, whether he be allowed to fix the defence or will he be fired before that?

I agree with you that the big offer from Bayern Munich will not make Man Utd think about pursuing De Light after getting an alternative player that Erik Ten Hag had previously planned.
It is very natural that Bayern Munich paid a big price for this player because he has very good skills and can make the best contribution to Munich.
Even though Man Utd will not be able to bring in De Light, Munich will not mind because this player is still very productive and can still make a maximum contribution to Munich.

About the tactics i dont know if will be let playing a new modern one but with the transfers they will.

IMO, I feel that these two managers are in the same problem if they are unable to bring the team they manage to achieve their targets. whether it's for Vincent Kompany or Nuri Sahin. If Kompany is unable to bring Bayern Munich to its best performance, there is no need to wait a season, it seems like Munich officials will kick him out. On the other hand, the same thing will happen if Nuri Sahin is unable to bring Dortmund to a top four finish in the Bundesliga, then his career at Signal Iduna Park will not last long. more precisely, if these two young managers fail to realize their club's mission and ambitions. Matthias de Ligt is not just a young defender but a player with so much potentials which is why Bayern Munich is demanding for a high fee before they can release him from the club. Manchester United as one of the traditional clubs in Europe must try sign a defender with great potentials like Matthijs de Ligt to replace their former French defender Raphael Varane who left the club at the end of last season to join Italian Serie A side Como.

While we can't "judge" the managers, we can judge the teams and say that if Dortmund somehow finishes above Bayern, then it means Kompany sucks, and Nuri is great. I mean last season they fired Tuchel because he couldn't get them the title, this season they won't look at Kompany twice if he starts to be terrible.

It's obvious that he is not really well experienced, he hasn't managed any good clubs, and this would be his first test, and if he gets like a few bad results after like 10-15 games, there is a potential that he could be fired very quickly. Normally Bayern doesn't like firing managers during the season itself, they wait until the end, but it's different for Kompany, he is a nobody in the managerial world and that means he might turn out to be a very wrong decision.

This is why I believe that it's possible for him to be fired easier than anyone else. Not that they have any other coach in mind, but I am guessing that someone at the top of the free agency list would have been better easily. They spent so much to break him away from his contract too, makes no sense to pick him, definitely not a smart idea at all. Should be something questionable, we will see when the season starts.

I agree on that , the biggest pressure of all teams in the german league is on Vincent Kompany.

Dortmund wanted that from Terzic also and even more that they can maybe get the title.
But nobody was calculating with Leverkusen in that race and they stoped all others here.
Nuri Sahin can bring new power and a fresh wind to Dortmund and i really hope that they can show that on the field.

People are being judgmental on Kompany because he has no good record in the past career that will make them believe that he can revive Bayern Munich from their current form. Kompany was poor in his last management as a coach in Burnley and even made them finish as a relegated team.  Even with out a doubt, that is one of the major reasons they don’t see him as the best coach for a big team like Bayern Munich.

This is football and anything can happen. With the quality of players they have in their squad now, I don’t think Kompany will be that poor in managing the team. If he can’t do better than the previous coach, I don’t think he will do worse than him. His approach to matches matters a lot and how he organizes the team to play will play a significant role in making them successful next season.

I think the two teams will also benefit from each other if this transfer can be realized at this time, because each side will be able to benefit from it. And one of them is about the strength of squads like Manchester United and in the Bayern Munich camp, it is the power of money to be able to get other players that they want at the moment. The season has not even started, but some people have been starting to judge Kompany based on his previous session's performance. In my opinion, Kompany had a bad season at Burnley because he managed a club that was not in good shape. Everyone realizes that Burnley is a weak team when compared to other Premier League clubs, so it is wrong to think that Kompany will achieve the same results in Bayern Munich. I believe that some of us have forgotten that Xabi Alonso has never managed a big club in his career, and he was successful on his debut with Leverkusen. As a result of his appointment as manager of the Bundesliga's top team, Kompany has a chance to win the league title next season.

How, I believe some people have become the same as Bayern Munich's management, who always want to win the league title every season. We don't have to assume that Kompany will fail on his debut, instead, we should wait for the season to begin to see if he is the perfect match for bringing Bayern Munich to their previous position of winning the trophy.
