The reason why Bayern Munich hired Vincent Kompany was because they he was the only one that accepted to coach Bayern Munich after the coaches that the management contacted did not accept to coach the club. Kompany is not a good with high coaching skill and he has not coached a big club.-snip-
Previously, Bayern Munich management had tried to communicate with several managers. I even heard news that they are trying to negotiate with Alonso, who has been successful with Leverkusen. Kompany is the last option and it looks like Munich has no other choice. I think Kompany will not be able to make Munich become Bundesliga champions this season but at least they will be able to compete at the top of the standings. This will be a big challenge for Kompany. If Munich succeeds in becoming Bundesliga champions or plays really well at the end of the season, it will have a big impact on Kompany's career as a coach in the future.

Too many people talk about Kompany coming to Bayern Munich as a manager. However, it is obvious that Bayern Munich did not have an option; if they did, they would not have brought him, because even in his previous team, he wasn’t able to deliver a good result that would convince Bayern Munich management to bring him to manage Bayern Munich. They squad, but because they have tried many people and they don’t get them in,

they decide to bring in Komapny, but the problem is that Kompany experience cannot give Bayern Munich the result they want this coming season because Bayern Munich will want to get the Bundesliga trophy this coming season, which will be a very big challenge for Kompany. Remember that Bayern Leverkusen are there and they are fully ready for next season. They will want to repeat the history again.

But I don't agree with you. Unlike you, I think there could be many other options for Bayern Munich instead of a coach like Kompaney and I still can't understand why they hired this coach while he is not experienced enough and the team he worked on it was relegated in the Premier League while he was not a good coach in the past experiences he had before.
Maybe instead of Kompany, they could hire a better coach since they had enough time to find a better one.

No doubts, Thomas Tuchel replacing with Vincent Kompany right now, I don't really see how that magic will be perform in his first season, I was thinking Bayern will have brought in a more experience coach to manage its club, despite Vincent Kompany performance during his stay in English premier league as Burnleys manager, where we saw him took Burnley up from the Championship up to the premier league, I still feel that in as much as Xavi Alonso is still the head coach of Bayern Leverkusen, most likely that they will be donating for more couple of seasons before Vincent Kompany will be able to understand the techniques in managing Bayern Munich for positive results.
While at Burnley, kompany may not have got the team to do magic but he was able to put the team on a very progressive track that shows that if he had stayed further, the chances the team would have done even better are there, he got them back to the premier league and for em that can be considered a great achievement. In Bayern Munich, considering it's a different kind of League from that which he has been used to all this while, he's going to need some time to adapt to the German football pattern and depending on his strategy, it will take him some time before he will get a perfect form and pattern for the team and get productive to the satisfaction of everyone, this makes time of essence do for his career at Munich.

He is one of the talented players which are having good future and PSG is surely going to keep him as he could be big asset for them in coming years with most chances, I have no feeling Bayern Munich will spend amount like this for him with right now they are already having some players under their radar which is wanted by new coach with PSG surely will not go for less than their targeted price which is quite high at the moment €80 million.
To be honest if Bayern Munich have the chance to get Xavi Simons there should be no thinking to get him to Munich.
I loved to watch him in Leipzig and also in the national team , an awesome young player that can fit in to the team of Bayern.
If Munich can sell some players i would try and get him even the price is at €80 million.
But i guess we will see whats coming after the Euro 2024.

Xavi Simons? Bayern Munich should absolutely go all in for him.  Grin  But it won't be really easy to get him from PSG. They are just so lucky to get him from Barcelona U16 five years ago for free. Now his market value has reached 80 million euros.  Shocked  I don't think they would demand much less money than this amount. Do you guys think Bayern Munich would be ready to spend that much for him for real?

I'm not sure though. He is 21 now and I believe he is one of the most talented players of his generation. Rich teams generally don't hesitate when it comes to such players. But Bayern Munich likes to bargain so let's see if they agree terms.

Recently Arsenal have inquiry about him from PSG, but Xavi Simons rejected any possible move to Premier League which mean most chances he will stay here at the PSG for some more time than we can expect him for having any move.

21-year-old Xavi Simons is an excellent midfielder. He is a very promising player. Xavi Simon performed very well with Leipzig last season. He scored 8 goals and 11 assists in 32 matches. It was beyond expectation that a young player like Xavi Simons would perform so well. Moreover, he was able to make three important assists in 4 matches of this year's Euro.

PSG will definitely want to keep such a talented player in their squad. The important thing is that Luis Enrique has a long-term plan with the PSG squad. He is interested in building the squad with young players. However, Luis Enrique will never want to miss out on a young midfielder like Xavi Simons.

In his first season as an English Premier League manager, Vincent Kompany failed to help his team Burnley escape relegation Just helping them get promoted on the previous season so I perfectly understand many people's doubt about his managerial abilities and his quest to become a successful manager at Bayern Munich. Vincent Kompany for the first time in his professional coaching career will be managing a team that's UEFA Champions League bound and that I think should also come with its own nervosity but for manager that once played under a great coach like Pep Guardiola, I have strong belief that Kompany will likely surprise his doubters.
I know Vincent Kompany will face a big challenge in the German Bundesliga considering the fact that his current club aren't the reigning champions again but with the quality of players at his disposal, I think he has the ability to win trophies with Bayern Munich.
That is a fairly basic reason why many people still doubt Bayern Munich's new coach. But they also shouldn't forget that when Vincent Kompany was able to help Burnley get promoted to the Premier League, that means he could also be able to manage the club, only he wasn't at a higher level yet. There are several reasons why he was unable to compete in the English League, the first was because the composition of the players he had was inadequate, and the other was because of a lack of preparation so he was quite surprised when he faced the club he was opposing, and for other reasons.

Now all Bayern Munich fans can do is that they have to have complete trust in the coach before they see the form of play that he will adopt. Don't let them do stupid things like pushing and pressing too hard so that it will interfere with his process of implementing what he will implement with Bayern Munich.
Club officials, management and Bayern Munich fans should fully support Kompany next season, even though we realize that Kompany still lacks experience as a manager. The demands placed on Kompany were very heavy, three managers refused to accept the challenge, Kompany should be treated well and get full support from the fans. Bayern Munich will carry out a campaign next season with a different mission than usual, Kompany is tasked with bringing Bayern Munich back to win the Bundesliga trophy from the hands of Leverkusen. Apart from that, Kompany also has to balance his team performance in the Champions League, with this fact, without an attitude of mutual trust, Kompany will have difficulty making it all happen.

In the coming season, of course, there will be Leverkusen, which is quite a tough team and will be an obstacle for other teams, including Bayern Munich, where it is possible that Leverkusen will still be able to dominate the Bundesliga. Apart from that, it is not easy to find good performance, even though Bayern Munich has quality players, of course to find the best you have to have time to adapt to each other. Leverkusen is quite a tough challenge for Bayern Munich in the future. If Bayern Munich cannot perform better than the previous season, I think Leverkusen will dominate the Bundesliga again.

Bayern Munich must be patient to give Kompany time to find and implement the tactics he has, because no matter what, Kompany will definitely do his best for the team he is currently looking after with Bayern Munich already appearing to have enough quality players, I think Bayern Munich still has a chance to be better in the next season, as long as they can be patient, maybe Kompany can give his best and make Bayern Munich recover.
At the top of the Bundesliga things are surely never been easy but Bayer Leverkusen which is able to hold all their squad surely having huge advantage but as things are going we can expect Borussia Dortmund RB Leipzig could be strong challengers because we have serious changes in Stuttgart which can bring some change into their performance and Bayern Munich is surely need time to have things on target even in presence of quality players and as things are going we can expect good start but still going to be not easy for them to have challenges for the top spot.

Due to change of coach we are already having too much talk about them with as things are going we can expect they will try to regain their spot which is lost due to the worst performance in last season with it surely needs their best in presence of these tough teams which are also having all weapons ready now we have 50 days left with things are going to be at his best for another war of big giants for the title.

Anyone has the right to predict and have a different view from others, but I think it's too early to predict Kompany's abilities at this time because he hasn't done anything to strengthen Munich, maybe he will be busy looking for players to recruit to Munich's main squad, there are indeed many Munich's main squad must be improved to be able to dominate the Bundesliga again next season. I know that Leverkusen's strength will certainly not be much different in the new season as in the previous season. That's why Kompany needs to prepare a strategy and also recruit the players he wants to be able to bring Munich can perform even better
We can only guess and guess what will happen to Bayern Munich next season without knowing the details, at this time Kompany will of course have a big responsibility to bring Munich back to its feet and we shouldn't have too much doubt that he can do it, when Alonso was able to surprise us for the first time in his coaching career, so doesn't the company also have the same opportunity now to do so?
Kompany is starting to try to find and recruit several new players to be able to help him next season restore Bayern Munich glory and dominance in bundesliga, so we really shouldn't underestimate him at this time, apart from the big responsibility of course we also can't rule out the risks that Kompany will incur if he failed to do so, but despite all that, of course we should see what he can achieve next season with Munich.

Talking about Leverkusen, of course Alonso will also try to improve his team next season to defend their title, although Leverkusen appeared quite impressive last season but to be honest I doubt they can repeat all their achievements this season, because after all Dortmund and Bayern Munich bounce back then we will see Leverkusen again being squeezed between the two Bundesliga giants.

This burden, which will look heavy, must be able to be carried well by Vincent Kompany in the Bundesliga next season because that is his job as the new coach at Bayern Munich and it is clear that he does not have to complain about the tight competition in the Bundesliga at the moment. I imagine that if Kompany is able to bring Bayern Munich to compete fiercely in the race for the Bundesliga championship next season, there is a little certainty for Kompany to stay at Bayern Munich even though he doesn't immediately win this prestigious trophy next season.
My prediction is that Kompany will not be able to carry such a heavy burden. Managing a club like Bayern Munich is not an easy job, the achievements previously achieved are demands that must be won by the coach. Kompany must bear this heavy burden. Leverkusen improving performance since being handled by Xabi Alonso will further increase competition in the race for the title, Kompany will face a big challenge from Leverkusen who are increasing their strength to provide competition in the UCL. Kompany must face this challenge in his own way. Bayern Munich, which has a number of quality players in its squad, must be utilized to maintain the team's performance so that it can dominate its opponents.

Yes, that's right, anyone has the right to speculate about how the coach will provide something good or not for the team they manage. As long as we don't punish them for performing poorly or performing well, because we don't know what will happen and to see what happens we have to follow their style of play and how a team performs with the direction of the coach appointed by management, in this case is Vincent Kompany.

But I would also consider it fair if someone said that Kompany might fail because of how he performed with his previous teams. It cannot be denied that such assessments will always exist and they do not only apply to coaches but also to players. People usually look at the performance of players on their previous team, and even though that could be wrong because there is a decline or improvement in the player's game.

It is a big burden but every great coach started from somewhere. Not many people thought that Xabi Alonso or Xavi Hernandez would be successful in Bayer Leverkusen and FC Barcelona but they did exceptionally well. Bayern Munich is a big club no doubt but Vincent Kompany can still do a great job. His biggest challenge will be how to unite the players and gain their respect. He is just 38 years and a few years older than most players so he might have some issy. But if the club is united they will be able to make an impact. The competition in the Bundesliga is between young coaches and we might see some of the best actions this season. We might start hearing more transfer news from the German league after the end of the European Nations Cup. Both Xabi and Vincent will have to secure more players to keep their teams in good condition.

Bayern Munich appointed Kompany as Bayern Munich coach not without reason. This is because of a recommendation from Pep Guardiola. I remember the first time Pep Guardiola came in as Barcelona coach who was recommended by Johan Cruyff, his own teacher. As we know, many people are pessimistic about Pep Guardiola because he has minimal experience and has only coached Barcelona B. Being a coach with minimal experience does not mean he will fail to coach a big team and vice versa. We'll see Kompany's progress at Bayern Munich next season, whether he can compete with Leverkusen, who are currently a team to be reckoned with in the Bundesliga.
Let's say that this reason could be quite appropriate for Bayern Munich next season, but it is important not to judge one coach the same as another even though they studied at the same university. Because if you think that every coach can be the same for a team, of course it would be inappropriate to compare because we can also see players who already have records but always don't consider them the same even though they are in the same position. Leverkusen is a real obstacle for Munich next season so Kompany needs to work hard and be careful in determining his strategy because Leverkusen still has the ability to rule in the Bundesliga next season.

But it's not easy, look at Tuchel last season, how difficult it was for him to become Bayern coach even though there were many quality players in his squad.
In fact, I think this is a difficult job for Kompany to be able to improve the team's performance, especially in the Bundesliga now with quite fierce competition, of course it is a burden for Kompany.

Of course coaching a team as big as Bayern Munich is not an easy thing even though the squad they have is very good, because coaching a team as big as Bayern Munich has a big responsibility, of course there is a lot of pressure and it has to be done. get a trophy. Tuchel was fired because he was unable to win a single trophy this season. Even though he is a coach who has a lot of experience, coaching a team as big as Bayer Munich does not guarantee success.

Bayern has the best squad of players, I think no one will argue with this, and Alonso to create a team that was able to show a result that no one expected from them. And now the most important thing for him is to repeat this success, so that there is no doubt that this result is deserved and not accidental. There will be high demands on Kompany and it is unlikely that he will be given several years, not that he will be able to achieve anything in Bayern, this is a team that requires immediate results, Kompany hinted about this, two seasons without trophies is too much for Bayern.

This will be quite an interesting exchange of players where De Ligt is reportedly closer to joining Manchester United and has already received the green light to leave, but on the other hand, Bayern Munich will not feel confused about him being left behind because they will get a suitable replacement, namely Jonathan Tah. Maybe Jonathan Tah's name is rarely heard of, but it is also thanks to him that Leverkusen can become Bundesliga champions this season and it is clear that Bayern Munich's defense will be even stronger if they succeed in signing him.

On the other hand, Jonathan Tah really wants to join Bayern Munich and is starting to show his interest so that Bayern Munich will be very happy to accept him. Maybe Jonathan Tah also thinks that Leverkusen will not be able to repeat the same success next season and it is time for him to leave to gain experience at a bigger club.

How do you see Jonathan Tah joining in the future? Does he suit Bayern Munich's style of play?

I don't think Jonathan Tah wants to join Bayern Munich because he doubts Bayer Leverkusen to repeat their success by winning the Bundesliga next season. In my opinion, the player accepts to join Bayern Munich to get a much higher salary than he earns at Leverkusen. I never doubt Bayer Leverkusen's strength to win the league title next season, this squad is very good, they still have available players, and they have already signed a midfielder and defender to improve their performance next season. And of course, Jonathan Tah leaving the club will have no impact on their games.

De Ligt has shown interest in joining Manchester United, but there has been no news from the club, Manchester United needs to get another center back to compete in the Premier League. However, I believe Bayern Munich is waiting for confirmation from Manchester United before proceeding with the Jonathan Tah deal.
