I think before he took the job he might have known that it's not an easy one although no coach in his shoes would reject such an offer, but the problem now is if he can be able to cope with the pressure thats gonna come with this job because everyone knows that Bayern Munich isn't a small name in the football world and only positive results will be accepted and nothing less or more.

Which big club do you mean is in chaos? As far as I know, Bayern Munich is not as chaotic as you are talking about, it has only experienced a slight decline in performance and currently the club is improving its performance.
Bayern Munich failed in the UCL because they lost to Real Madrid in the semifinals. Maybe if the club they were facing at that time was not Real Madrid, Bayern would still perform well in the UCL.
As we know, Real Madrid is not an easy club to beat, especially with the increasing number of star players in Madrid, Bayern has increasingly fierce competitors in the UCL next season.

Gladbach against Leverkusen will be an interesting opener and of course we are curious whether Leverkusen can maintain their unbeaten record even though the season has been different. We can certainly still hope for Xabi Alonso's greatness to enable Leverkusen to gain the first 3 points at the start of the season. Apart from that, Bochum really deserves to be able to survive in the Bundesliga because this team sometimes becomes a dark horse at the start of the season even though in the end they always slowly decline and the bottom table has become their habitat. However, I really respect those who didn't give up during the play-off round some time ago.

For the promoted St Pauli team, if I'm not mistaken, they were champions of the Bundesliga 2 seasons ago and of course we can't wait to see their progress in this highest competition. Unfortunately, the coach who brought them champions in the Bundesliga 2 seasons ago, Fabian Hürzeler, no longer serves at St Pauli because he went to EPL club Brigton. For Holstein Kiel, I'm still unfamiliar with this team, but it's quite interesting to see their journey here.

Bayern Munich are not the worst in performance that they won’t be seen as potential league contenders of the league. They have come too far to have fallen so short of not been among the top contenders of the Bundesliga. I have a serious doubt about next season’s Bundesliga, can any other team confidently think they’ve successfully dethrone Bayern Munich from winning the league title from now? I still doubt so because most of this teams would have already had in mind that Bayern Munich will win the next league trophy irrespective of the circumstances. Their new coach have been a topic of another discussion lately, so they should try as much not to disappoint those that still have high hopes in them.

I am not so much excited about the bringing of Kompany to their club and the removal of their former manager, Thomas Tuchel. Tuchel is by far more experienced than Kompany because before he came to Bayern Munich, he was the head coach of Borussia Dortmund, PSG and Chelsea but Kompany have not really gotten that performance streak because even when he was at Burnley, he didn't really do anything outstanding to warrant his pitch and interest by Bayern Munich. However in these kinds of situation, I leave the reasons for why the club took those decisions to the club itself since they have the most knowledge.

Having job like this is never been easy, but sometime few peoples have luck and strategy which give them good success as we have for few peoples in soccer world even mostly peoples are feeling not good about Vincent Kompany after having his first stint with Burnley, but we can expect some good changes can go through for better results even we have no good time for the Thomas Tuchel which is well experienced in this field due to some reasons but now as he is doing changes it looks like we will have some good positive start for him which will surely help him for having good confidence and strong mentality for winning.

Bundesliga is having few challenging teams which are giving best for years with Bayern Munich which is trying to bounce back from the worst end surely having fair chance of bringing their best back in case of failure things could be more problematic for the management.

We know his former team to be Manchester City where he was the main captain and won major titles with City and worked as key player under Pep Guardiola. He learned from the best and he will make open race to elevate Bayern Munich next season. All he needs is time and patience because he's definitely going to come to Allianz Arena with different game pattern, everything will be new to the Bavarians but they should not panic but welcome and embraced the team.

With this fact, it can be said that the competition for trophies in the Bundesliga will become more competitive, where more and more teams will be involved in the competition, making the Bundesliga more interesting to participate in. Leverkusen, Bayern, Stuttgart, Leipzig and Dortmund will most likely compete closely in the top four of the standings, if this happens, the Bundesliga will no longer be boring.

Kompany will be under heavy pressure in his first season, as will Nuri Sahin, who is now Edin Terzic successor. Leverkusen were certainly very lucky with most of their mainstay players remaining, and the most decisive was Xabi decision. It is possible that Leverkusen will continue its positive trend again, by not wanting to accept any form of defeat like last season.

I hope that Stuttgart and Leipzig can be directly involved in the trophy hunt, not just be temporary nuisance teams. Consistency in the Bundesliga can help increase their chances in the Champions League, I'm very curious how Leverkusen will perform there. Xabi fleet looks better prepared than the other Bundesliga representatives, hopefully they can talk a lot and don't get knocked out too early.

Vincent Kompany is underrated because he failed to escape relegation in the EPL last season with Burnley, but people fail to understand that he was with Burnley and won the Championship, and he qualified to the premier league; he failed to survive because of lack of quality players, which I am thinking will be available at Bayern.

Yes, doubts about Kompany are very normal. because so far, Bayern Munich is usually managed by professional coaches who have experience in big clubs. No doubts, Thomas Tuchel replacing with Vincent Kompany right now, I don't really see how that magic will be perform in his first season, I was thinking Bayern will have brought in a more experience coach to manage its club, despite Vincent Kompany performance during his stay in English premier league as Burnleys manager, where we saw him took Burnley up from the Championship up to the premier league, I still feel that in as much as Xavi Alonso is still the head coach of Bayern Leverkusen, most likely that they will be donating for more couple of seasons before Vincent Kompany will be able to understand the techniques in managing Bayern Munich for positive results.

While at Burnley, kompany may not have got the team to do magic but he was able to put the team on a very progressive track that shows that if he had stayed further,the chances the team would have done even better are there, he got them back to the premier league and for em that can be considered a great achievement. In Bayern Munich, considering it's a different kind of League from that which he has been used to all this while, he's going to need some time to adapt to the German football pattern and depending on his strategy, it will take him some time before he will get a perfect form and pattern for the team and get productive to the satisfaction of everyone, this makes time of essence do for his career at Munich.

This kompany job of a thing is still actually confusing me a lot because I know very well that Bayern Munich is a big club and despite what how they performed last season that made them finish poor without a trophy I still don't get the believe that the club had on Kompany that would make them sign him to a very big task and team like Bayern represent well I guess it takes just a moment for things to work out.

But I don't agree with you. Unlike you, I think there could be many other options for Bayern Munich instead of a coach like Kompaney and I still can't understand why they hired this coach while he is not experienced enough and the team he worked on it was relegated in the Premier League while he was not a good coach in the past experiences he had before.
Maybe instead of Kompany, they could hire a better coach since they had enough time to find a better one.

I agree with your thoughts. I also still don't understand why Bayern Munich made Kompany their coach. Kompany has no experience. Kompany has no chance of being successful as Burnley's coach either. Bayern Munich could certainly find a more experienced coach if they wanted to. However, Bayern Munich offered Xabi Alonso to coach their squad. But Alonso rejected the offer.

We don't know what the future plans of the Bayern Munich management are. Perhaps the management wants to revamp the Munich squad with a new coach. This could be one of the reasons why an inexperienced coach like Vincent Kompany was given the job of the coach of Bayern Munich.

I don't fully agree with you that Bayern Munich did not have the option of getting another manager rather than Kompany. There are some managers out there who are more experienced than Kompany, and if Bayern Munich had decided to call them for the job, they would quickly take the offer. Bayern Munich is not a small club that managers would be running away from. I will just say that Bayern Munich management preferred to sign Kompany as head manager, and that is what they did.
