On the records, he is experienced but he faced difficulties, anything happen to him could easily happen to other coach too because Bayern Munich is not some random average club, a capital one with eligible players to filed up the competitive stats.

The UEFA Champions League becomes complex as it is. Every club that's ambitious to win the UEFA trophy has more coupling work to put in because such title doesn't come easy. The defeat to Barcelona did not tarnish the face of Bayern and Kompany too much because we both know that Hansi Flick team is in a different form. I'm not certain Bayern will win the Bundesliga, my only reason supporting em will be because I want Harry Kane to win it.

In terms of coaching experience, Kompany is still doubtful considering his poor background as a manager and Munich asked him to be a great person there, I think it was Munich's mistake in determining the coach, but I still hope like you Kompany can at least win the Bundesliga, because if he succeeds then he might be saved from being fired but if that doesn't happen I doubt he will stay there, because we know the Munich team is quite great with big names but if Kompany can't deliver the title then it's a setback for him as a coach, moreover this should have been used to make the media focus on him but I don't think so.

Vincent Kompany still has alot to learn as a manager, he doesn't know games that he should reserved his players and the ones he should put his best players to win. There are some games that I watch and see Bayern Munich scoring lots of goals and I ask myself if those goals were that necessary. You can win with 2 goals and that's okay instead of making the players to still be playing on top form after scoring lost of goals and when the game ends, the players don't have strength to play other games. When you watch Pep Guardiola coaching, you'll see some games that he'll remove Haaland after scoring 2 goals just to keep him hungry for more goals in the next match.
