Now we know Nuri Şahin is one of the good players who could never be a good coach and unlike his football career, he was not a successful coach at all.

When Dortmund hired this coach they were hoping to see a much better performance from this player. To be honest they gave him enough time to prove himself but in the end, he was not the good coach they wanted to have and that's 'why Dortmund decided to get Nuri Şahin fired from this team.

Nuri Şahin was about to get fired from this team but when he lost the game against Bologna in the Champions League with a 2-1 result, they got him fired.

Now Dortmund has enough time to choose a new coach but I think they chose an expensive coach like always.
  

  

It's a good one they want to make a change of their coach but it could be that's not allthat it is to their issue of poor performance and productivity,  although they have not explored their policy of selling of their best players too often recently but then it's possible the long term after effect is dawn on them now and they are looking to explore options to fix the team, mea while a build up all over again is what I think will be best for them currently. Good thing is they can afford a good coach if they get one.

Well, this is the pressure that Kompany has that makes him feel like he has a big responsibility to bring the giant Bundesliga team back to its best performance like before. On the one hand, he is a coach who does not have much experience and with Munich it is one of the very big tasks. So when it is possible that Munich fails again to win the Bundesliga title, maybe we can understand the failure more. Because it is not easy for a coach who does not have much experience to be able to bring Munich to win the Bundesliga title and also compete in the UCL.

Kompany helped Bayern Munich get improve however he is not the first choice for this team and they were about to hire some other coaches instead of Kompany. As far as I saw in the news the management of Bayern Munich asked Pep Guardiola and he advised them to hire Kompany and you saw so far Pep was not wrong about this coach in Bayern Munich but still even his good performance doesn't mean he can win the title on Bundesliga with Bayern Munich but still Leverkusen is very close to them and if Kompany and his player make any mistake, Xabi Alonso is there to take their place.

  

Let’s see what the interim coach will play in their next game, maybe he can make the team be better than they were under Nuri Sahin’s management. Dortmund performance was really getting worse and I won’t say the team has done the wrong thing for sacking the manager at the middle of the season. Anything this is worth doing, is worth doing well and relieving him of his duties in the middle of the season will give them enough time to pick up and get themselves back into the competition once more. They should take their time to get a good replacement for Nuri Sahin as I don’t even see a competent coach that his off without any club now.

It is only normal for anyone to predict the same knowing the gap Mainz have from Union Berlin both in stats and performance this season and even by stands in the league table but the home team were determined enough to get a win exercising their home advantage. Berling were so good and organized defensively even though Mainz had a better possession of the ball they stayed focused and determined and converted their chances to secure a win.

If Dortmund don't manage to be a team that competes for trophies like they used to, then it looks like Dortmund will also lose their income as a team that has made a lot of profit from selling great players. But, this season the poor results that Dortmund are experiencing will certainly not be any Dortmund players who will really provide benefits for Dortmund  in the transfer window later.

So, the poor results experienced by Dortmund this season not only make the team in a bad position in the Bundesliga standings, but Dortmund is also no longer able to get a big profit in player transactions. But whatever the reason, Dortmund still have to appoint a new coach as soon  as possible, although it will not make Dortmund's position recover quickly, but giving time for the new coach to be able to start next season well is a good choice.

Good thing Vincent Kompany have elevated the team’s form this season, Bayern Munich currently sit top of the league table with 45 points and four points clear from Bayern Leverkusen who are second place. The gap between both teams are small which means Bayern Munich have to exercise consistency to maintain the lead going forward. It will be great achievement for Vincent Kompany if he wins the league title this season which I feel is very possible and achievable.

I have already said that Dortmund should have fired Nuri Sahin long time ago, I have no idea why they got him to be fair, he never looked that great and Edin Terzic was a much better option. I get that they at least made a change and that's fine, teams do that but then when they see that he isn't doing good, why wait this long? Like firing someone on late January, or early February is too late, it's not good enough.

November makes more sense, if you want to fire someone and get a better manager then you do that on November, look at how Manchester United did  it, not sure if they got a better one lol, but at least it was November. This is why Dortmund isn't doing great, they are not really run by a good organization, they keep making money and doing fine, but then in the end they end up with a much worse situation and they should consider how that could be a problem for them. In the end, we need to consider if there are any better coaches left even, because there may not be one.

There is still a big work for bayern munich to do if they are to win the bundesliga title this season because with the way Leverkusen is playing and doing all their best to reclaim their title that they won last season and Leverkusen has been on the hills of bayern munich closing in on them so bayern munich has no option than to win all their games because even a draw will not be a good result for bayern munich because Leverkusen is just looking for any opportunity from bayern munich to climb up to the top of the bundesliga table

I think for a long time bayern has been winning the German bundesliga with virtually no strong opposition challenging them that is why they have dominated the bundesliga for a long time until Leverkusen stepped up their game last season and bayern Munich has been struggling because a strong opposition has come in the league this kind of competition is really good for the league as it will bring out the best in the league

Bayern munitch seems to be doing there best and they have been consistent with almost all five games and out of five, they are able to win four and that is a good dig because there was a particular period that leverkusen was closing in on them and it is becoming as they will be dethroned but bayern was able to hold there horses tight an kompany having been doing a perfect job i wont even lie, because even when  kompany was to become coach people were making negative comments about him that he will not be able to manage the club and the man have put in a lot of work to bring back the colur of the club which only few coaches can do on there first season. Levkusen is already falling back in the race because, i won't lie, there is still a good chance for Levkusen because they are also pressing very hard for the title.

Dortmund management must have considered carefully about changing the coaching chair, and indeed this decision was probably taken after evaluating Nuri Sahin performance since returning from the Christmas holidays, Nuri Sahin has shown no progress for the team at all, on the contrary his squad performance in the Bundesliga was very bad and yesterday defeat in the UCL was the peak.
This is a gamble for Dortmund management this season, if they manage to get a suitable replacement, we will see them back on track, if not, Dortmund will sink even further.
I heard rumors that there are 3 new coaches being linked and one of them is Erik ten Hag, I don't think he is much better than Nuri Sahin, so if the management brings him in, I totally disagree.

Borussia Dortmund announced this Wednesday the dismissal of Nuri Sahin as head coach following a string of four consecutive defeats, the latest being a Champions League loss to Bologna. 

"Borussia Dortmund and Nuri Sahin will part ways effective immediately. The BVB has relieved its coach following the disappointing 1-2 UEFA Champions League defeat against FC Bologna on Tuesday night," the club stated in an official announcement. 

Borussia Dortmund and Nuri Sahin are parting ways with immediate effect.

Dortmund’s sporting director, Lars Ricken, acknowledged the respect and appreciation for Sahin's efforts, their initial desire to collaborate with him, and the hope they had until recently of turning the team’s performance around. 

"However, after four consecutive losses, with only one win in the last nine matches, and currently sitting 10th in the Bundesliga table, we have unfortunately lost confidence in achieving our sporting goals together. This decision is painful but became unavoidable after the game in Bologna," Ricken explained.

Dortmund always can make their young players shine and give benefits to the club. The change of coach must be able to provide performance improvements not only from the game tactics but also from the improvement of each player's performance. Several candidates have been rumored, but hopefully, Dortmund can get the best coach and can improve their performance in a short time. They are in the middle of a very busy season. Hopefully, their interim coach can handle this well.

The truth about Bayern Munich last season is that the team was not in form, and that can happen to any team, no matter the quality of players they have. So, I did not see it as a mistake that Bayern Munich made during last season, when Leverkusen won the Bundesliga trophy and other competition cups from the team. Bayern Munich tried everything possible, but it didn't work for them, as Leverkusen was seriously in form. Leverkusen played unbeaten throughout last season's Bundesliga competition. So, Bayern Munich not winning the Bundesliga last season was not a mistake—they were just not in great form.

As for this season, they are already at the top of the table, with a four-point difference from Leverkusen. Honestly, they are doing their best, because many people were not even expecting this kind of form from Bayern Munich. They just got a new coach, and many didn't even believe in Kompany, thinking he might not take Bayern Munich to this stage. The truth is, anything can happen. The next game from Dortmund is against Werder Bremen at home and saddly Nuri Sahin got sacked in the middle of the season.

I guess it all has come together in that game yesterday , as Dortmund was mostly the better team but havnt managed to score more goals from there chances.
In my opinion it wasnt the fault of the coach and there was a lot of things that played all in for the bad performance from Dortmund in the german league.
Hopefully they recover fast and soon.

Compared from Edin Terzic previous resignation, Nuri Sahin dismissal was not surprising to me at all, because his ability to train is not better than Edin Terzic in my opinion, since he handled Dortmund, we did not see any improvement in the game, consistency and also their chances of winning in every match this season, The dismissal of nuri sahin is the right step in order to avoid the downturn that they might get so on in the remaining matches this season, reportedly in the near time they will immediately look for a new coach to replace sahin and for the next match Mike Tullberg who is the coach of the U19 team will be their interim coach, besides that reportedly there are currently three strong candidates to replace nuri sahin namely Roger Schmidt, niko kovac and ten hag.

It is true, being 4 points ahead of Leverkusen does not make Bayern Munich safe in their current position. However, as we all know, Munich has a chance to win the trophy this season. It's just that their challenge is how to play every match with maximum results, including having to defeat Leverkusen to widen the points gap. Both teams still have one meeting, of course Kompany doesn't want his team to lose full points again. We never can tell what the future of this season holds for Dortmund. I just buy into the idea of a new coach so they club know and understand that they are just experimenting this season but if along the line the new coach is able to turn things around for the club then it is a big plus to them.

This is quite a tough thing, I rarely see Borussia Dortmund changing their coach in the middle of the season and with a very disappointing performance. Borussia Dortmund also should not be reckless in appointing a coach who will replace Sahin, because if they choose the wrong one then maybe they will be even worse. It is not easy actually when you have to be with a new coach in the middle of the season, because in terms of preparation, it will definitely be shorter and that is also a challenge. We can see Bayern Munich when they changed coaches at the end of the season, yes they couldn't do anything in the Champions League. But this situation is different, because at that time Bayern Munich's performance was still quite good.
