Jamal Musiala has become the most sought after player by top European clubs after his impressive performances with Bayern Munich in the last two years, he has become Munich mainstay and has contributed greatly to the team. Real Madrid, Manchester United and Chelsea are all competing for his signature, but Bayern Munich do not want one of their star players to leave and are trying to keep him at the Allianz Arena for longer by offering him a lucrative contract. The offer that makes him one of the highest paid players at Bayern Munich further reduces the chances of other clubs getting him as the possibility of him staying at the Allianz Arena is very high.

since Leverkusen won the Bundeliga a lot of things have changed, for me it was something that happened in all the teams, that they improved considerably, I don't know what happened, but I have seen that the performance of a Leverkusen has been very defective and that is something that can leave many people bewildered, clearly for me in the Bundesliga automatically all the teams went up a lot in level, so much so that now things with them are at another level, that's why I have a little faith in Dortmund, I think that this season despite everything and the clear dominance of a Bayern, Dortmund can stand up well and make the difference, there is still a long way to go in the Bundesliga, anything can happen.
Is it because Bayer Leverkusen sold some of their main players last season which was the season they won the Bundesliga title? If it has something to do with it, then Alonso does not have a change in strategy to cover the strategy format that was used when they won the Bundesliga trophy last season. This season they have scored 16 goals while Bayern Munich have 20 goals.
Bayer Leverkusen's points this season are still 11 points. It is still possible to catch up on the points gap with Bayern Munich because the difference is only 3 points.

I've just learned that Leipzig is currently the 3rd richest club in the Bundesliga, regardless of whether we look at the revenue generation or market value. I think if they keep finishing at the top each season, there's a chance they could overtake Borussia Dortmund for the title of Bayern's most serious rival.
So far they're doing very well in the league, but they seem to be overly focused on the defence, with only 2 goals lost in 6 games, which is a great result, but maybe shifting more towards an offensive stance would benefit them more. They've only scored 9 goals, which is much less than any other of the top clubs.
In the last 20 years, we have seen what Leipzig has done. They have won the German Super Cup and the Regional League but have failed to win the Bundesliga. Amidst that they have not failed to come out below 5th place across all the competition in Germany. In the Bundesliga, they have been so close to winning the league after coming out 2nd place for several times.

Honestly, if they continue like this they might win the league one day and make new history for the club. I know it's not gonna be easy since Borussia Dortmund and  Bayern are holding them back.

I am also like you I often missed the chance to win in Leipzig but we also have to see Leipzig is not a big club and they also do not have many quality players so I think putting hope in them is difficult even though sometimes they score a lot of goals and in the next game they do nothing like when against St. Pauli they drew and I think it is not fair how they drew with a promoted team that is easier for them to beat but the result was a draw and I think putting hope in them is wrong and until now I can not trust them anymore and I think Leipzig is not a strong team they are just an ordinary team.
This season Leipzig could make quite a lot of changes and differences compared to last season because of the six matches that Leipzig have played, four of them have been won by Leipzig and the other two ended in a draw including when Leipzig faced the promoted team St. Pauli. This means that at the start of this season, Leipzig has not experienced defeat in a match in the Bundesliga, so this is a very fundamental difference for Leipzig and can also be a candidate to become champions this season if Leipzig can continue to be consistent in getting full points in very important matches.
Leipzig actually performed very surprisingly at the beginning of the season after they were able to beat Leverkusen in the second week, but when we all see the potential that exists in Leipzig precisly they are starting to look inconsistent in the league when get two draws against with teams that are considered weak  and make them fail to coup the top of the standings so it is quite unfortunate in my opinion, Right now they are showing quite good form and are unbeaten from six matches that has been played with 4 wins and 2 draws, so with the consistent performances of Leipzig, Frankfurt and Freiburg at the moment, it is possible for us to see more competition happening in the Bundesliga at the moment, so indeed teams like Munich and Leverkusen should be wary and must be able to maintain their form to stay on the winning track.

Of course, Leipzig is presently in second place, and having the same point total as Bayern Munich does not ensure that it will control the league throughout the season, some of these top teams can perform well at the start of the season, but as the season goes on, their performance declines. Leipzig is performing better than the previous season, they have yet to lose a league game this season and have defeated Leverkusen, who defended the champions last season. Moreover, we shouldn't expect much from Leverkusen this season, they just drew with Kiel, a team in the relegation zone, despite the fact that the league is still in its early stages, I do not expect Leverkusen to finish first this season. Perhaps Leipzig could be the Bundesliga's unbeaten team this season.

At the start of the season, Leipzig has shown their performance as an unbeaten team so that they are in level 2 of the standings for the longest time, there is no sign that their players will be absent from the next match. Now that Bayern Munich has the same points as Leipzig, it is automatically still a tough road for Bayern Munich to remain at the end of the League this season.

Apart from that, there are still many big teams in the Bundesliga, such as Leverkusen, who have not performed well, the season is still long, I still doubt that Leipzig can maintain their position at the top of the Bundesliga standings.

Well now I think about something, since Leverkusen won the Bundeliga a lot of things have changed, for me it was something that happened in all the teams, that they improved considerably, I don't know what happened, but I have seen that the performance of a Leverkusen has been very defective and that is something that can leave many people bewildered, clearly for me in the Bundesliga automatically all the teams went up a lot in level, so much so that now things with them are at another level, that's why I have a little faith in Dortmund, I think that this season despite everything and the clear dominance of a Bayern, Dortmund can stand up well and make the difference, there is still a long way to go in the Bundesliga, anything can happen.

A lot has happened between last season and now, Bayern Munich was sideline last season and they couldn't win the Bundesliga and neither the Champions League but you can see how they have change, that's the effect of Kompany from Tuchel, there was much retention Tuchel did with Bayern Munich and now there is changes and as you can see Leverkusen doesn't look like the last season despite Xabi Alonso been the head of the manager.

I can't even believe my eyes where Dortmund is right now on the table but what do they expect, when they will rather breed players and sell them to Premier League and other leagues while they find it difficult to win any tittle, last season they didn't win anything and this season, they have lost two matches and I'm sure more will be coming if they continue to play like this way, Leverkusen is even fair after seeing them.

The fact that Leipzig can be level on points with Bayern at the top of the table is already a big achievement. They were able to beat Bayer, while Bayern failed to do so, Bayern may have started the season very well, but I am of the opinion that Kompany may lack experience in some difficult matches. This has been evident in the last games, when they drew with Bayer and Frankfurt and even lost to Aston Villa in the Champions League. It is in these games that you need to show character and achieve victories.

I think that this season in the Champions League they will achieve a much worse result, and they will not be able to win the Bundesliga either.

It is quite interesting until week 6 of the Bundesliga and currently there is a 2-week international break. I was quite surprised by the Bundesliga Top Scorer, it turned out that it was not Kane but Marmoush who played Eintracht Frankfurt.
1. Omar Marmoush 8 goals
2. Ermedin Demirovic 5 goals
3. Harry Kane 5 goals
4. Jonathan Burkardt 5 goals
5. Florian Wirtz 4 goals
Seeing this, it seems to be a matter of attracting competition to get the most goals this season. Harry Kane seems to have a lot of competitors and is getting tougher.

Source: https://www.bundesliga.com/en/bundesliga/stats/players/goals

It's unexpected to see the Egyptian striker, who scored 12 goals for Frankfurt last season, now leads the Bundesliga in goals with 8 after the sixth week results. Harry Kane has a lot to compete with this season, and I don't think he'll score many goals, it seems like he doesn't have the attackers who will provide him with a lot of goals, the players who are going to assist Kane with goals this season probably want to score too, in their last two league games, Kane didn't score a single goal.

Sure. I can’t also give Leipzig a guarantee to win the title because they are already at the top of the table, but the fact still remains that the season is still in its early stages, so we can decide which high team will be champion this season. However, Bayern Leverkusen are still doing better, and I believe their mission is to get to the top of the table too. They are doing good; if they get to the top, they are going to try their best to maintain the position, but let's see, as you said, the season is early. We need to wait and see which club will be consistent till the end of the season.

There's a report that Real Madrid have officially entered the race to Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah as a free agent by June. The 28-year old German born star have been the leader of Bayer Leverkusen's defense and was one of the major reasons Leverkusen was able to finish last season without conceding a league defeat last season. Considering the history of Real Madrid, this I think will be very difficult for the Germany international to reject. Do you think he might want to reject the deal?

Tah's contract is ending by June 2025? I didn't know that. Then I would absolutely recommend them to push for him in January. He is a brilliant defender so far and getting him for free would be a great deal.  Cool

However the thing is about how much he is bonded with Leverkusen now... He had a dream season and played an important role in it himself at the same time. How eager is he to leave the team now?

Considering we are talking about a team like Real Madrid going after him, I think he would seriously think about the idea. He can play regularly there while Real Madrid is having defender problems due to various reasons.

Leipzig is a strong club and they have never made it easy for big clubs every season. They are always competing for the title race but have not being able to win the league so far, they are always among top four at the end of the season. It is quite surprising to see how in form they are currently and are desperate to top the table. But how long will they keep to their consistency, injury might be ax challenge to them in future.

Bayern is still the favorite to win the league but if they fail to be consistent with their performance, we might still see a different club winning the league this season.
As a title contender I agree that Leipzig have the ability to do so but towards the end of the season they lost the ability to maintain their position in gaining points so in the end they always failed to come out as Bundesliga champions. If you pay attention to the Bundesliga, Bayern Munich are always talked about and they always dominate every season although surprisingly Leverkusen were able to break their dominance last season.

Bayern Munich are still the favorites now because if you look at them they are much better than last season. Kompany was initially doubted as a coach and his ability was still quite questionable, but over time he proved his best so that Bayern Munich became more consistent.

This is something new to me too, but when you look at their financial strength, it's actually not surprising that they are in the top 3 as the richest clubs in the Bundesliga. They can also compete at the top, although not that consistent, but that's a good thing, they just need to improve it again. Leipzig is actually a club that is indeed taken into account in the Bundesliga, but they may not have the mentality to be champions. They need to improve again, not only in the game but also in their mentality they must be able to improve it. Because in football, mentality is a very important thing to be able to achieve an achievement, because without mentality they will not get anything in my opinion.

Again and again injuries are scary for players and clubs. Edeyemi has so far become one of Dortmund's mainstay players. As a left winger, his contribution is very good, from 5 appearances in BUndesliga, he has contributed 2 goals and 3 assists. and in UEFA Europa League, 3 goals and 1 assist. Yes, based on the news, Karim will undergo recovery for a Torn muscle fiber injury and will only return on November 20, 2024. so, he will really be absent during the important match against Real Madrid in the UCL.

Source: Karim Adeyemi contribution

For the Bundesliga itself, Dortmund will face St Pauli and I think even if Eedeyemi doesn't play, it shouldn't be too disruptive. So some of the main top players will be able to focus more on preparing physically for the UCL a few days later.
With such injuries, you don't just return to the lineup so quickly. It seems to me that November 20 is a preliminary date that should not be paid much attention to. And what about the recovery period? It also takes a certain amount of time, which the team loses without such a productive player. Well, it happens in football. It is an inevitable part of this sport and injuries are normal here.
Injuries are an inevitable part of football and may greatly affect Dortmund performance in the next match, but so far Dortmund are not a team that relies on individual players so I think the injury will not interfere too much with their preparation to face St Pauli and even Madrid in the Champions League, indeed he is currently one of Dortmund mainstay players in the front line, but I see Nuri Sain have Julian Hettwer in their squad and he hasn't made his debut for Dortmund in the Bundesliga, so I think it's time for Nuri Sain to try to rotate Adeyemi with Julian Hettwer in the match against St Pauli who are relatively weaker than them, in addition to Julian Hettwer actually Dortmund also has Jamie Gittens who plays in the left wing position all this time and I think he is quite worthy to replace Adeyemi in the match Crucial like facing Madrid later, I think with Adeyemi absence at this time, it could actually be an opportunity for Nuri Sain to promote or play their young players in the first squad to see the quality their have.

Bayern Munich results aren't that top. They indeed scored a lot of goals in some matches but they used to win more than that. Six rounds finished until now and Bayern Munich already got 2 draws. Luckily Bayer Leverkusen doesn't have a winning strike again otherwise it will be a hard season this time also.
By the way this round is upsetting for all top teams with an only exception for Leipzig which made a victory.
I think Bayern Munich performance is not really conditioned even though in several previous matches they showed very extraordinary game and achieved success by winning big, they have not been able to perform consistently and stably for now.
But the competition is still ongoing and what Bayern Munich has obtained is still safe result because they are not left behind by the teams below them, while Bayern Munich is still at the top of the standings even though they have suffered two draws against Leverkusen and also Eintracht Frankfurt.
But for Leipzig and Leverkusen, it can be admitted that Leipzig performance is really very satisfying and they are also team that can match Bayern Munich in terms of points and without defeat, it just that no one knows what Leipzig will appear like next.
Honestly, i didn't really expect a better start from Bayern Munich cause I doubted this present coach couldn't better than Thomas Tuchel based on he coached relegated team in the EPL but I think I fancy what the former Manchester City legend (Kompany) is doing at Bayern Munich currently, this is his first time to coach a top club and so far his stats is impressive with them, even he's got several draw like you guys think, 4 win and 2 draws in 6 games is not a bad one, he didn't draw against smaller teams in the league he drew against Leverkusen that's the defending champions and Eintracht Frankfurt, that's had an impressive start so far in this current season, atleast they're still unbeaten and they're toping the league which is very important. Kompany just need to ensure that he doesn't lose any match at this early stages or allow either Leipzig or Leverkusen get past them on the standings. Well, it's still too early to decide but it's going to be very tough for Bayern Munich to contend against this current inform Leipzig team and the defending champions Leverkusen.
In football anything can happen, Kompany could even give big surprise by showing real performance by bringing change and development to Bayern Munich in his first season, although it does seem like something that Kompany has little chance of realizing.
And as I said, no one knows how Leipzig will develop and perform in the future, even Leverkusen, because maintaining the best performance consistently and stably is not something that can be easily done, especially since there are many rumors about several Leverkusen players who will leave in the upcoming transfer window.
This is very interesting because Xabi performance will also be tested if it is true that several core players will leave, this is matter of team competition and coaches in how to handle each team to bring them to title fight.
Haha Kompany, Xabi and also Marco Rose who is the Leipzig coach, can he work well and maintain his squad performance for this season, but I will not include Dortmund in the title fight candidates for the 2024/25 Bundesliga.

Now since he got injured in the game against Celtic, he hasn't been able to help his team for some weeks.
The worst thing for Adeyemi and Dortmund is he will be absent in the game against Real Madrid in the Champions League which can definitely make everything much harder for Dortmund.

Both of them are experiencing injury problems to their mainstay players so it is not yet a serious problem for Dortmund even though Dortmund plays against Real Madrid without Karim Adeyemi but it is not easy for Dortmund to beat Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabéu at least they can hold Real Madrid to a draw considering their good performance lately but what is clear is that their match will be very fierce like watching last season's Champions League final Real Madrid also just lost points in the previous match so they most likely do not want to lose points again.

They still have a lot of matches to go through so to guarantee Leipzig to come out as champions is still too early. The question is how long they can maintain consistency and what if some of the main players are injured. What is feared is that when entering the second half of the season Leipzig will lose momentum to maintain victory so that the points they have will be chased by the challengers.

Bayern Munich leads the standings despite having the same number of points as Leipzig so there are many surprises to come in the next match. The same goes for the third to fifth challengers because the points are not far apart so anything is still possible.

I don't have confidence in Leipzig and I think they are the most inconsistent club in the German Bundesliga. Instead of Leipzig, I trust Stuttgart more because they can maintain some level of consistency. I have lost count of how many times Leipzig messed up my selection by simply failing to score many goals in a match they should be loading the opponents with many goals. They are also fond of getting a draw with small teams that one would expect them to win without blinking an eye. They might appear strong this season but at the end of the day, they will maintain status quo.
