It is very unfortunate that Bo Svensson served his term as Union Berlin manager only until the end of the year even though he was appointed as the new manager in July 2024, the club did not give him a chance until the end of the season and seeing the final result even though finding a coach in the middle of the season is very difficult, it requires adaptation again if it is not suitable it will make things worse I followed Union Berlin's journey a little this season and I saw their performance was quite good at the beginning of the season and even beat Dortmund but lately their performance has declined I think the players are starting to get tired.

The decision comes at the right time. It is right before halftime of the season and Union Berlin was 4th in the table I think after 8 games. I don’t think that Bayern Munich's present position is shaky. Sometimes football does happen and you may not need the opponent to perform exceptionally to be able to win the game, they may behaving a terrible performance and still get to win the game at the end of the day, especially on lucky days for them. Bayern Munich like we all did expected was actually on the better side of the game and had the better performance and i wouldn't want to fault the loss on the players or the coach as they did well and were just unlucky. Bayern Munich should try to further open the gap as its getting closer and their Arc opponent may be on their back soon.

Mainz's victory I believe was purely thanks to the great efforts they made, not just luck. I'm sad for him that he has 0 trophies in his career despite being one of the best strikers in the world.

When you are managing Bayern Munich, doing "pretty good" is literally what is expected out of you anyways. He is only 4 points away from Leverkusen, who started the league terrible, so we can easily say that Kompany is doing bare minimum right now, he is not showing anything even average or above average, so it is not really that much of a big deal for them.

I always supported getting away from Kompany decision but they didn't and somehow got him, which makes absolutely no sense to me why they did that, but his ppg is not good enough at all. In the end, at this summer, they will realize their mistake and will fire him, I am sure that will happen, I just do not know who they are going to get next. Kompany never had a good career, and for some reason he was hired anyways, never made sense considering his past, he didn't had the CV to deserve a Bayern Munich job and he somehow still got it. I am sure that with time we will see him go back to a team he deserves more.
