Good leader must have good people skills and must be wise in decision making. Leader must fair and must listen to others opinion wholeheartedly. Leader must know how to motivate their members. Not selfish and full of confidence.

to be a good leader , you have to be democratic and not too rigid. Allow your members to share their minds and ideas . Members would start disobeying you if you don't let or allow them to contribute their piece of minds . However there must be discipline. Giving them too much freedom would be a problem...They can either loose respect for you. Discipline is a key thing to the success of the group. Make sure you keep all documents, paper works and everything to avoid future misunderstanding between leader and members. There would always be a proof to show .
