A good leader is humble enough to accept failure and mistakes. He/she doesn’t put the blame on the team members but rather takes responsibility of the problem. He/she empowers every team member and motivates them to be at their best.
A good leader is a good follower. A good leader always think about the "team". He is not selfish but rather someone who is supportive.
The characteristic of being a good leader is to know how listen to his employee...and know handle problems
The characteristics of being a good leader is being humble, good motivator and never down his/her subordinates, open minded to all the opinions and suggestions, stays calm, be confident on your doings. And know the strenghths and weaknessess of his/her subordinates so that he/she help to improve their self esteem.
I think, to be a good leader you need to keep up your confidence level, and assure everyone that setbacks are natural and the important thing is to focus on the larger goal. As the leader, by staying calm and confident, you will help keep the team feeling the same. Remember, your team will take cues from you, so if you exude a level of calm damage control, your team will pick up on that feeling. The key objective is to keep everyone working and moving ahead. You also need to give youre member a good relationship.
My defination of being a good leader is able to understand the subordinates, motivate them at the right time. Everyone have their up and downs so choosing the right thing to do at the right time is a very important thing to do so as to ensure the effectiveness of the act. The leader must also set as a role model for the subrodinates to follow and look upon.
A good leader is open minded to suggestions and comments of his members. He initiates the tasks and supports his members in the every step of the way
Good leader Admit when you are wrong. It takes a strong confident person to say they are wrong. Sometimes people think that admitting you're wrong is a sign of weakness but in fact just the opposite is true the more honest and open you are the more people will respect you as a leader.
As a good leader, you must know the strengths and weaknesses of your members and how to improve them. You must have the enough knowledge in your field and the confidence. Stricter the better.
good leaders are always fair to one another. and always putting priority on the common interest rather than the personal interest. if someone can do this I think he can be a good leader.
For me leadership is not merely humanized by people. The leader's best attitude for me is that he is well versed in his people not just based on a person's intellect. He must have the love of God and his fellow man and always humble himself. The priorities of others are prioritized. For me this is the real leader
a person who is knowledgeable, open to opinions and suggestions and can make a good decision that's best for the group, someone responsible, someone willing to learn and be open to asking for help if necessary, someone with a group mentality (we vs. i), someone who can delegate when necessary according to people's strengths, someone with the personality to get along with others, a take-charge person at the same time someone who gives credit to others and allows others to grow too. excellent communication skills is a must too.

A good leader is one that does not show favoritism and treat others fairly. A good leader is also patient and open to feedback.
You need to make sure that you're not bossy. Ordering your members and leading them are two different things. A leader encourages his members to do well while a boss pressures them to do so.

A difficult question. But I think that the leader should be able to rally people, encourage them to achieve a single goal. And maintain a good atmosphere inside.
