I think the good leader in my family is my father because my father can arrange all the needs of my family.
A good leader always sets a good example, shows how things get done and he or she respects others opinion.
A good leader have a love to their member, asking their problem,listening their problems if they have, make an activity or outing to make somebody enjoy.
Good leaders for me are those who stand with their own principle,being able to recognize the strength of every individual sorrounded you ,and portray good communication skill and also a good interpersonal relationship with your followers,for me thats a good leader.
