Instead, it gives us the opportunity to get into their mind, rather than haphazardly guess at randomness of the markets. Bears are ruling the market and shorts are being traded at the moment which are likely to take price for another round of dumping cycle and Bitcoin might touch $6150 support which is the last major resistance. So, I believe before the market tries for a bull leap, there will be another dump and hence a better buying opportunity. But that would be highly TA based. So, if someone doesn't understands Technical analysis fundamentals, he can go for longs from this point only.

I think this is the best time to buy altcoins the market is down so much, but we cannot predict it when will go recover, if you planning to hold for long you should have patience, the market will recover someday.
Observe the daily trend of the altcoin you want to invest in. There is always the lowest point every day when that altcoin will surely dip at least once so if you are a day trader have a close look and grab that coin when it dips down to that point and if you just want to HOLD the altcoin then this is surely a great time to invest your money as the market is satisfyingly down.

After weeks we have witnessed a green market today and I feel it is a very positive sign since the market was struggling quite a lot in last few weeks. Bitcoin has recovered after sustaining a big loss because of multiple FUD. If it continues like this then we can expect bitcoin to hit the 10000 dollar mark again in the next month. Coming back to your question, do invert in alts right now since this is a good time because the price is rising and it is best to invest now.

All you have to wait is a downward drop to get a fairly low price, which will now drop again but not too long and rise again. someone else's advice is really needed to convince you to invest, choose a source you really trust if you do not want your money to have a big loss, when I look at marcetcap I see every day there is a decrease and increase fast enough, it's repeated some times, lots of opportunities to invest and make a profit, once you can not invest with your own selfishness but someone's advice is more important.
I think it's too early to say that the whole market is retrieving although the whole market are being in green atm. IMO, I think it's just a small pump and then there will be a big dump again

Nobody knows about exact dates. I we can say , the green market will come in near future. This period is not for selling. But for buying. Any way. Do not buy full quantity in one time. Because we are not sure about the bottom line.
In May there will be growth. The whole market will be green. Personally, I bought 50% bitcoin, 50% alt coins.

I have already purchased additional altcoins when bitcoin hits lower than $6700. We don't know for sure if there will be a mass dump that will happen, no one knows the future. Just take heed that market always move so volatile and the best way to smoothen out this noises in market prices is to also use and moving average indicator at 200 days range. I love this indicator, it's so smooth I can see if the bitcoin is way oversold or overbought using relative strength index.

When i'am not sure where is bottom or a good price to buy, i buy partly.
So for example buy now for 25% of your funds and set few orders with -10%, -15% of the current price.
The current market itself still looks like a Black Friday, but it doesn't mean that you should go all-in now, buy smart.
everybody can not predict when the market will come back green, now we can only monitor and hope for the market to go green again.
There will be dump anytime and on the second note for you to invest, as far as you are good to go in terms of cash, research and knowledge I think there is nothing stopping you from investing now. If you wait till when anything special will happen then you might not get the profit that you have if you had invested earlier so it is now.

It's the same last week it pumps a little of percentage then dumps after a while everything is temporary so it may end the bearish market or continues it I don't know the exact answer as to when it will pump back to the all-time high promising price, the season of bear market is the best time to buy, chances to see some cheap altcoin and bitcoin the best thing to do if you do not have enough capital is t hold the remaining coins from the portfolio it is obvious that it will go for the bull.
Right now is a pretty good time. Prices will surge in the following months, for sure.
Don't listen other people suggestion because that's your investment fund, not them, they don't loss anything even if they given wrong information, I'll buy altcoin now because i think dump already finished and market will start rising soon
Well, that's certainly reasonable but I am sure the op is aware of that and just wants to get the general idea on the current situation. The market is extremely low, so now might truly be a good time to join the game. Especially, if one doesn't have any current projects in which one invested during the pump and so now experiences losses. I think we are not going to see truly green market any time soon, though, so there's probably no rush on this matter.

I think that the fall is still possible, but now is a good moment that it is possible started to buy BTC and other ALT 
We dont see a real upturn right now, there was only a small rise and there it stopped. This green color you see does not yet show that a big rise has begun. I think so you should wait more to make investment 
Buy from deep dips and average out your investments is a great strategy, i know many people bought btc at around 19k during last bull run so now they have to waitfor months to breakeven but if they buy the bottom they can average out much faster.
Yeah, invest when BTC was 19k it was not so smart for those who do that! BTC is rising and falling at the same time. It even struggles to get past 7k completely. It keeps plummeting back to 6k+ and we can't expect the market to be that solid green anytime soon. Calling out the bull market now. Let us observe the price movement this mid-April, right now the market is still in the bear trends.
As of now we can not say that the price is dominant to green zone. Because the price value of cryptocurrencies are incounter more deflating than inflating. The price is not stable yet. But if you have planned to buy altcoins this is the best time to buy more altcoins as long as you can. Because the price is very low value.
