Please let me know if I am able to meet this 4 hour window by replying to my help desk ticket! I really honestly want to get hold of you to place an order with the BTC I sent on January 22nd, but my replies to your offers of order windows never get answered! Please answer. I either want a refund, or to be able to make this February 11th window, but I need a response from you.

UPS World Savor is the shipping method. 

Delivery problem is people having problem with the customs.  (POLAND, RUSSIA, UKRAINE and some former Soviet Union Countries.  These countries, I highly recommend using the hosting service or find a local guy selling antminer)

Also, UPS had their airplane broke down and delayed the shipping up to a week. (Downed in India route affected EU customers for purchases from 2 days period)

Feb 11th is the next shipping date, as long as you place the order and pay it within 4 hours, your order will ship on Feb 11, 2014 via UPS World Savor (Express)

I got me two miners, shipped to me this week. They are both used units, no just tested for a few hours but I guess they are used for hashing for almost a month. Production date is January 4th 2014. Grey thermal paste leaking from screws over the PCB and dust and dirt on/in the Fans. Not just a bit of loose dust: sticky dust you can't easily remove.

So Sushi and/or Bitmain, please be so honest to mention this on your sale topic or on your website, that you sell and ship USED units.



I cleaned the PCBs and the fans. Although they are used, they hash on 180GH/s without a problem, temp 46 degrees Celcius, not to much noise from the unit. Can't complain about that.

Are they hashing fine? Smiley

A couple of mine had bad fans. One would not spin at all. Luckily I had some on hand. They also make the room smell like something is burning. I doubt they were running them in very good conditions.

Sushi contacted me and garanteed the device are new and not used. I asked him how to explain the dirt on the fans, it would be weird the manufacturer mounted used fans just to save some money, new fans are not that expensive. Waiting for his answer about that.

Anyway, I think it's very decent of Sushi to contact me after my reply on this topic, a big + on communication for him. For me this means Sushi cares about his customers, products and business.

Sushi contacted me, my units where shipped directly from bitmaine. If I wanted I could get RMA and refund, but I do not want that because the Antminer S1 is a great product. May be I should order 1 or 2 more to check if these have new fans  Grin if not I have to buy some alcohol and a brush to clean the fans, lol

You placed the order on January 21st.  You didn't finish paying until 11PM on January 22nd (Beijing Time)  Your order was accepted on January 23rd (Thursday).  2 business days later would have been the Monday 27th Shipping Date.  Therefore your hosting option was not to start until January 29th (to be eligible for Lost Mining Protection)  

If you paid the order as you placed it, it would have been shipped to the hosting center and should have been hashing from January 27th MONDAY but DELAY in your payment caused the DELAY in HOSTING time.
