+950 on the mem is not stable in the long run.Too much oc.
You are not right, samsung gddr5 with voltage bump on palit cards can handle 2400mhz (9600 effective) easily.

MSI GTX 1060 3GB - OC 60% TDP 23Mh/s eth only

hooow Sad can you tell me whats in your bat file cuz i just has the normal line with address and thats it Sad and did u over clock it ? if so can you give me those settings too please ? cuz mine 18mhz

I'm using Claymore's miner, 372.70 drivers, Win 10 with an anniversary update and MSI Afterburner for the OC, nothing specific in the bat. Card is the cheapest MSI 3GB model, my Afterburner settings - 62% tdp, +200 core, +950 mem, gets me over 23Mh/s eth. You have to fine-tune it yourself in the Afterburner, each card might be different.

Has anyone figured out the most profitable setup pools for these cards?

Thank you for your contribution. As surprising as it is, not so many people posted the hashrates they get. Could you please give me what you can get on Groestl and Neoscrypt ?

ccminer 1.8.1 benchmark, 368.95 drivers

Groestl: 25.94

Neoscrypt: 662.61

LBRY seems to be the most profitable now, unless there are some other undiscovered coins that I don't know.

thx for the review
can you please tell me what 1060 you have ? (evga, msi x or  gaming, ,GB WINDFORE or G1)

and please ethereum benchmark, cuz i bought prepaid cards worth of 300$ already and want to see how it mines :\

I have MSI armor, 1949 MHz factory overclock, 70 degrees during mining.

I couldn't launch ethereum, some problems with drivers (I have Win 10 1607 and tried 3 latest versions of drivers).

aha nice, thanks very much:)

Thank you for sharing it. While on Neoscrypt I'm well suprised, I have to say that in LyraRE2V2, it sucks Undecided... I'm glad of the purchase of my 1070 finally !

That's Lyra2v2 on the screenshot, not Lyra2Rev2 (on which GTX 1060 has 22.5 MH/s).

Anyway, congrats on 1070, great card! I was buying my GTX 1060 mostly for gaming, and it's very good for 1080p, GTX 1070 would be an overkill.

Oh okay. So proportion is respected with this card. Finally that's a good one (a 1060 should do 2/3 of a 1070). So it deserves its place in my list, after being removed for a few hours Tongue. So as planned, after I'll grab my second 1070, I'll buy a 1060. Since density isn't my main concern due to cheap platforms, I can permit myself some extras Cheesy !

Thanks for sharing, I'm curious about ETH hashrate too if you can test it.

Didn't manage to run it, but I think it will be around 18.5 MH/s without manual OC.

Forgot to mention, my GPU is MSI ARMOR, core clock is 1900-1940 during mining (out of box speed), while tdp is 70-75%, temperature is 65-69 degress, ambient temperature is around 23.

Overall is seems to be 66% of GTX 1070 while being also 66% of it's price. So I would recommend to pick 1070 in most cases.

on neos is basically like a 970, but the consumption should be no more than 100w

Bought 1060 today, mostly for gaming though.

22.5 MH/s on Lyra2REv2 @ 1911 MHz core clock speed

Will post updates about other algos later.

1180 MH/s on blake2s

175 MH/s on LBRY

around 20MH 90w, probably a bit more with oc, 24 should be possible with the highest clock

other algo should be in the range of 1/3 less than the 1070
