I understand what you mean, but point is that bounty isn't a work. Yeah, I waste my time, but there is no fixed agreement, that's why some people can cheat and not pay for your time
I know something called luck exist but hey, luck does not pay. The only tool that pays is hardworking and endurance. If you sit idle depending on luck, you will starve and regret ever knowing or depending on luck funs
Being successful in what one does isn't dependent on how hardworking someone is, sometimes it's dependent on luck, being at a place at the right time. You can be very hardworking with no result to show forth.
To get better payment from bounties now you have to be willing to give it your all ,working hard is the only way and don't rely on single project then there will be plenty opened doors for luck

I believe in this hardwork pays off not a luck, when you work hard you will get your reward and to become successful someday. Just like in crypto when you work hard and put all of your effort by joining bounty campaigns, airdrops and investing and wait for the right time to sell or to hold you will be a successful investor. To be a millionaire is not easy you must work hard and be smart of what your decisions and doings for a better life.
We people who work at bitcointalk actually every time they have their results we will also be paid, because we also promote it all so that indeed we are as promotion people to other parties, therefore we also need our rights and obligations as people there is always when to promote all things related to our work

We are indeed obliged to be paid for each of our jobs. But luck usually always comes to everyone. I always work hard in a bounty but in reality not many pay for the work I do for several reasons or it can be said that I am less fortunate to find a bounty in a good project.

We need both of them, hard work works, but not always and luck is something mandatory if you don't work hard.
no buddy, luck is needed, what if you get credit from some bounty program, the rewards stay on your wallet but you cant use that token / coin (sell it), so the rewards is useless right.
Hardworking or not in bounty if you are lucky to find the bounty who pay you that is the real lucky. That situation is normal to us because more projects now failed which is ICO project so the bounty hunters who work for the bounty or for the project did not get what they really reward. But that is bounty it will not related wheter you are hardworker to promote their project.
Yes it is really hard to find a successful ICO project these days. And bounty hunters should not expect first a huge reward for joining an ICO's bounty campaign. The team behind that are not even sure if their ICO will be successful. Some ICO's are greedy after their ICO they just run away making their bounty hunters' hardwork go to waste. But if you mix hardwork with luck you'll reap a big reward in the long run.
I always tend to treat joining bounties as marketing campaigns. I would appreciate if there would be drastic changes in the way bounties are being handled. Rather than being paid in crypto which sometimes would be worthless, I do want to see being paid in either bitcoin or paypal or any of the top twenty altcoins out there. But of course that is not how it works now. You are paid in their token or coin. Which you can use in their platform or wait years before there would be an exchange willing to accept the said cryptocurrency.
I agree with your initial sentence which says "don't want luck but want to be paid". because if you remember last year's hard work is very futile and time is wasted, but I have forgotten it all, from now on I will still be here and I have very positive beliefs about my hard work.

I don't agree with you that luck is not here, all of us do hard work here, but the results obtained by each person are different, there are those who produce big and many that don't produce anything. we give a comparison here of hard work 40% while luck is 60%.. why is luck bigger here?? because we don't know what happened to the ICO project that we are following in the future.. whether the ICO successful or Scam.
It's obvious hardworking people are the one can get success in life, luck is only a benefit for us, let's say people always depending on luck but he/she not working well the result is failure.

in this industry it is difficult to get good profits without luck, we realize many projects scam there and when we are not careful about everything that is done, while on the other hand we have worked hard but it turns out the project is a scam then we are not lucky in the end

well, I guess from the first time too, bounty hunter is not recommended to be the main source of income, but if you consistently follow and learn from your mistakes during the scam project, I think it will still provide equal pay.
