I think the market hasn't recovered yet because as we can see, bitcoin is still down so as with the majority of the alternate coins too. If the market remains the same on or after the end of this year, then i believe that the downtrend of the market will continue for a couple of months.
in fact the market can still recover this year but indeed we cannot speak for sure whether this can happen or not which is clear we certainly keep trying to make it happen

Not yet. There's a long way to go to say that the market has fully recovered. It has shown good drive yesterday but its now in correction which is giving us an opportunity to buy while it hasn't grown to fully recovery. I'll never think of the dips but I'm looking forward for the positive market that it will bring.
