I think the only problem in gambling as we all know is getting addicted in it and that I think has had really had very bad effect on anyone that is addicted.
Anyone who gambles responsibly I think  will definitely enjoy more of the positive effects of gambling the negative effects of getting involved in it. Staking responsibly will always help a gambler to know when to gamble and when not to gamble thereby making his possibilities of winning his gambling games more achievable

The only effect gambling has on me really is providing a bit of fun.  I typically gamble most during the NFL football season (which starts in exactly one week) and tend to end up a bit ahead of where I started by seasons end, or sometimes in a down year, a bit down...but typically never too far in either direction.  It doesn't really help me pay for the bills or anything like that, more just fun having "action" on games.

Being responsible in gambling will surely have a positive effect in your life, like you don’t have to worry about your budget because you plan everything and you are not stress because you know what will be the result of your gambling activities. To be more responsible are advisable, personally this brings me more positive vibes since I gamble to have fun as well, and this can be a stress reliever for me.

Goodnight, ohh Leo!!! 🦅
I don't understand how you'd expect a habit to Improve your mental wellbeing - especially when it comes to gambling... honestly; no one in Thier right senses would be comfortable making gambling a habit, talk more using it as an aid to Thier physical wellbeing..
Secondly, gambling is never made to liberate anyone. No matter how much you stake, it'll never happen that you keep winning all the time - so you're left with no choice than to keep staking,..in a proper sense, isn't that slavery??

I was a belligerent gambler back then as any newb in the industry. I'd usually go for gambling sessions that span hours on end, sometimes even going so far as to take some of my own money from the weekly budget even though I already set gambling limits altogether. Back then I knew this wasn't the right thing and I should stop but I didn't have a concrete plan of how to do so back then, and when I did, it made all the difference for me. Suddenly it's much easier to exert discipline on myself, I was able to stop spending so much money on gambling and redirect those expenditures to more important spends like my hobbies and shit, and was even able to touch grass every now and again which is something I exclusively couldn't do since I had to sit in front of my computer all day to gamble.

my question is, could this be happening to everybody?
Not really,I don't think it is happening to every gambler because there are gamblers who gamble and they do it responsible. It all boils down to self discipline and del control. To know when to stop.

Has your responsible gambling habit had any positive effects on your relationships with your spouse, kids, parents, and others?
Actually,I can't say a YES or NO on this one but I know that we live happily and gambling isn't a problem on my side as I only gamble with money that I can afford to loss which makes it more cool

Has it improved your finances and helped you stay out of debt?
Nah, I don't win that much. Sometimes, once in a month and I don't think that gambling can give one steady funds that will make him stay out of debt,if he is a debtor. I don't like been indebted to someone, which makes me hardly collect loans.

Has it improved your mental health and well being in anyway?
Yea,I am the type that loves sportbet, precisely soccer. Anytime that am watching a match I feel very excited and funky to see if the match will end up with the same result on my bet.

Has it been able to help you meet an urgent need? Let's discuss.
Nah,gambling sucks from you and has nothing to offer you with. Anytime I win,I put the money back into gambling and save the one that am suppose to use to gamble.

This is not a case of being addicted to gambling. There are people who are actually in control of their gambling habits or addiction. For instance, they do not gamble beyond their budget; they commit an hour or two to gambling per week or twice per week and strictly adhere to it, among all other things. We have heard and read stories here and out there about how gambling ruins lives, careers, relationships, throws people into debt and more. But my question is, could this be happening to everybody? Has your responsible gambling habit had any positive effects on your relationships with your spouse, kids, parents, and others? Has it improved your finances and helped you stay out of debt? Has it improved your mental health and well being in anyway? Has it been able to help you meet an urgent need? Let's discuss.

I guess for those who have quit gambling or at least minimized their activities, it could have improved their finances because just like when you quit other vices, you save money as you don't have to spend it like buying cigarettes or smoking (as compare to other addiction).

And definitely when you save some money then you can spend it with your kids and your families as well. Maybe you can buy some gifts or at least you have extra money that you can pull anytime from your wallet and spend it with them.

Gambling only affected my life negatively when I was an addict and was carried away by my emotion of chasing my loss. Ever since I got over addiction, and started gambling responsible,I have been happy with myself because it gives my joy when I am gambling for fun.

In terms of affecting my family...it hasn't because my wife knows that I use gambling as a means of entertainment and she doesn't have any problem with that. As for the financial improvement through gambling, nothing has been added because we all know that we loss more than we win and this would add any impact to ones finance positively. But when you use the amount that you can afford to loss to gamble,it wouldn't have any effect on your financial expenses.
Gambling can have something to do with our emotions if we don't know what we are doing. Those who have been affected by gambling activities are the ones that really know how it felt like to be gambling everyday without knowing why they are doing so even though they want to quit, it's not that easy to quit. Being a responsible gambling is what we ought to be and bounce from the trials and attempt to gamble more because the gambling industry is not smiling at all. Addiction can be worsen when the victim does not have people around him that can help him work on his addiction.

Being responsible in anything you do would have a positive effect on you. Now, while being careful and responsible in gambling may not seem to have any noticeable positive effects on your life, it would certainly help ward off all the negative consequences of irresponsible gambling.
You won’t have to worry about estranged relationships or being penniless with accumulated debts due to frequent and reckless trips to the casino. Being responsible when gambling would most likely keep you away from considering having to borrow from your local loan shark when the bank declines your request due to poor credit.
Being responsible may not necessarily make you wealthy from saving or give you the best relationships, it would definitely help keep those negative effects irresponsible gambling brings.

We explore more options inother to secure our daily targets and some days, we're unlucky, that doesn't mean we should wear on sad or frown faces, there's always a new day to to grab another opportunity. I've solid dependable source of income far from gambling. I often use gambling to pass out my free time and serves as entertainment in most scenarios. Gambling have hugh negative effects in our daily lives and also affects our family. We're persuaded to use the money meant for our planned budgets for gambling. We all have terrible history when it comes to gambling, it's never a good good path down there.

We all have the different ways which we react to our gambling activities whether there is a win or losses. Some of these reactions are based on peer influence and some others are innate.  As for the mental health impact of my gambling activities, I deal with my problems directly before gambling. I do not use gambling as a clutch to cope with depression, anxiety, pain. When I gamble, I am not escaping from reality. I want to have fun and win. People around me that is my significant others are well aware of my gambling habits. I am opened about . It helps them to hold me accountable. I used this opportunity to discuss with them some of highs and lows in a game. It is another avenue to bond. I don't bring gambling to work. When I work, I am hundred percent focused on working. Conclusively, it you do it right, you'd gamble well into your old age while living your life to its fullest.

Gambling had both the face the positive and the negative. If the gambler get addicted to the gambling, then they use all the money from their bank wallet. Then with the addiction they will do of getting credits to get back all the loss. But if they win means, the situation become the normal one.In case they had loss the money which they get as the credit. Then just think he need to manage his life saving money for the current month, the money for the monthly expenses. Then the gambler also get into the new credit, which he need to balance with the next month salary. The gambling only affect the gambling addicted person life,it won’t affect the life of normal gambler.

Maybe it boost my mood from the entertainment I get from doing gambling. I don't stress myself on gambling games no more. I've been an addict before and it surely has a significant negative effects from my day to day life but today, I recovered and just plainly enjoying the gambling games one times a week or two. Using a little amount of cash and me trying to challenge and enjoy the games from casino makes me entertained for hours of doing gambling.
Gambling and having at the back of your mind that you are liable to lose at anytime can make you reduce the risk you take while gambling,Responsible gamblers like you enjoy it most atimes when you win the games you predicted, because it isn't always easy making predictions and it will play the way you wanted it,so it is indeed a thing of joy,and that alone will give you the motivation to play more and also win more.As for me, I cant call myself a responsible gambler because anytime I gamble, the mindset to win big amount of money always triggers me to take risk, which will end up cutting my the ticket. So far,the only effect gambling has had on me at all negative effects.

But my question is, could this be happening to everybody? Has your responsible gambling habit had any positive effects on your relationships with your spouse, kids, parents, and others? Exactly, not everyone is addicted, else casinos would have been scrapped out in total. For those who have developed a responsible routine out of gambling in order to checkmate the habit, I believe their financial life is more organized and they are in control of how they spend or invest what they gamble with and they have a better saving habit.
This level of control to refrain from or regulate gratification or a pleasured endeavor like gambling, requires an ample amount of focus, discipline and dedication. If done properly one should be able to master a winning strategy that can make decent profit.

I for one am a responsible-once-in-a-while kind of gambler, who happen to do so more often in the midst of my friends. Any other gambling online I do may just be for fun.

Most of the losses I have recorded in recent time comes as a result of not withholding myself from continuing gambling when I have already reached my limit in the week.

I'm sure you understand now what self control can do  Grin

If you can't run away at those times you have made reasonable winnings then you might be tempted to continue. I have witnessed such when a gambler off line made money from playing visual soccer and he gave out some money to other bettors around there who were playing with him until he started winning. So after he shared some money to those gamblers too he kept staying at the game house looking at same screen and watching the games others were playing and he got interested again to play a game he felt was a guarantee and behold he lost that game and that was how he started playing again chasing the lost money, that was how he lost all the money left with him.

I've heard about that story out there even I often see more news about their suffering from gambling that destroys careers/relationships/families and many more but I would consider it a gambling addiction that is never responsible only lust is relied on and never think of other impacts.

I gamble and responsibly but what I feel is that there is no positive impact except more losses only that this reason is made into pleasure not looking for other things, then you say helping urgent needs, I think that has never happened to me while playing gambling.

In my case it did not help me in any way. The only positive aspect of it is not losing more money than I could.

I haven't made a lot for money, haven't had relationship problems, haven't been depressed over gambling or any other thing. I'm not really making money out of it, but I do it for fun and try to keep things in check. I'm not losing too much and I'm not making enough to live off it, but the feeling of winning from time to time is what I like and why I keep doing it.

If you are in control of your gambling activities, then the person is not addicted to gambling. The set of people that I refer to as addicted gamblers are the ones who can't control their gambling addiction, they are the ones who do crazy things just because they want to gamble, and at the end, most of them end up spoiling gambling's reputation in society because of the crazy things that they do.

But my question is, could this be happening to everybody? Has your responsible gambling habit had any positive effects on your relationships with your spouse, kids, parents, and others? Has it improved your finances and helped you stay out of debt? Has it improved your mental health and well being in anyway?
My gambling activities do not have either a negative or positive impact on my relationship because gambling is what I do just for fun or whenever I am stressed and I want to relax. Since I don't gamble with much money, my girlfriend doesn't really complain about it, the only time am sure she will complain is whenever she notice that am spending so much on gambling.

Also, gambling has not improved my finances because I don't even gamble with huge amounts, so I always end up winning a small amount, and I haven't been in debt before because of gambling. I don't borrow money to gamble with, and if I am financially down, I stay away from gambling.

If you had made yourself having that kind of control and discipline towards gambling then you might not able to see it but it did really help out and save you from potential addiction which it could really case that a

huge devastation when it comes to finances. You might not able to notice but it is really that something that suggested for you to do so specially when dealing with gambling which we know that it is really that risky
not only on spending up your finances impulsively but also it does have the risks on getting addicted on which it would really be might lead into total disaster if that someone cant really be having that kind of discipline and control to ones self. Gambling addiction does have that kind of common possibilities on wrecking up someones life but only into those people who dont really mind off about their condition towards it.

Every people does have that different level of tolerance on which there are some who could really be simply be able to control theirselves and there are ones who couldnt really be having that kind of
discipline on which they would really be coming after on how to make money fast and dont mind on how much money they are really that using or spending until they would be able to see that there's
no money left on their pockets.
