I am looking to generate a list of potential buyers who have purchased one of HASHRA's new Moonraker or ASTRO miners. I will be building a case to hopefully begin sometime of litigation process against Simon Bright and his HASHRA organization for defrauding buyers.

lifeforcepools - Hashra reseller - has locked his thread after some posters questioned his lack of communication and other issues:

Anyone who purchases from lifeforcepools via PayPal should be very careful to not miss any dispute deadlines. His last promise was that the miners will ship "end of this week", but so far there is no proof of anything that would indicate the miners even exist.

I just thought that I would add this.  It appears that they have updated there website on its shipping dates so they are still around and still trying to sell. Prior to the start of the New Year it read shipping by the end of December.  Below is the update.  I have written them several times and the last response I received was on December 18th that shipping was on schedule for the end of December.  Obviously that did not happen.

Q: If I place an order now, when will I get my order?
A: This depends when your payment reaches our account. As soon as your payment has cleared in our account we will process your order and will do our best to get it out to you as soon as possible though may take up to 7 days to send out due to us fulfilling other orders before yours. I understand that he has two more days to 'technically' refund our money but considering the lack of communication for almost a month and no other indications that development of the described products is even occurring it would be safe to presume that willingly sending out refunds is just wishful thinking.

I would like to see Bitcoin succeed and it will have a hard time gaining ground if individuals/companies do not stand by their word. Thank you for your support

Lets start taking some legal action, if you scroll back through this thread you can see the links to the different agency's that will track him down and lock em up.

Appears to be the case. I also requested my refund last week.

I think we have been scammed, i have heard nothing about my order i placed almost 4 months ago!! have asked for refund and received no response.

Maybe they are all in Hawaii for the start of the new year? Not sure, was looking forward to seeing some of the units hit the market last week :|

i want to buy but i´m sure thats a scam.

Since I complained in this thread, I just wanted to let everybody know that I received refund.

I had suspicions Hashra is a scam, and now I have to apologize for that.

It is a pity I did not receive my miner in September...

However I can confirm that Simon is an honest man, and I wish Hashra all the best, as now the only company that produces Scrypt miners.

i just want so share my success with you:
i ordered with delivery promised in september. full refund was promised for 15. october.

i had to write many emails.. Simon disappeared sometimes for about 10 days.. but then always told me that he would check it..
then we a had a problem with my bank ( refused USD and money went back to simon )
after some emails now a second payment was made.

and finally i received my 1660 € back today. Because of exchange fluctuations this is 5% more than what i had payed
15. december is 2 month delayed.. this is a long time in the bitcoin industry..

but let's be honest, this is not a long time for a refund ( compared with big companies or federal institutions )
so i am very grateful and wish Simon all the best for his business!
