Is it just me, or has this changed on the Hashra website from the 14th October ??

Quite possible that you are right, but stealing all of that money and getting away with it? I find it difficult to sit by and just let it happen and then forget about it like it never did.

It was a little tongue in cheek but it is looking like we got ripped off the more time that goes by.. When it gets to the point of no return for me I wouldn't mind selling the debt off 50c on the dollar to an outfit like this and if we combined some of our orders together the slice of pie may be large enough for them to take it or maybe some of their friends? The debt owed should double if this route is pursued, penalty for being royal scammer jackass. Phone number and gym info are in the episode 
I want to pursue the most legitimate/efficient course of action(s). If that is hire some type of bounty hunter type debt collector, so be it. I just want to make it known that this type of behavior is unacceptable. If I have to spend all of the money I invested in HASHRA making this guy a wanted criminal in every country he has a buyer in, I will.
Simon, if you are watching this forum, please give me a reason to not press this any further. Nobody wants to make you out to be a bad guy, we just want you to hold to your word. (maybe some communication would be nice too...just sayin)
Agreed, I'm still hoping that Simon comes around.
If, we don't here anything by the end of the week, let's hire that particular collector (great video). 50% is a bit steep if it's anything close to what I think he owes us. 30% would probably be more than enough to cover their expenses even if they have to go to Australia to kindly ask him to pay back the money he stole. I'd be cool with 40% if they make another video from it

I think we get all of those people involved but I think we are going to have to get this guy in court. I don't know much about the law in either of these countries but I think we need to find an attorney who can show us how/what needs to be done.

Maybe someone here would want to take the lead to compile a list of buyers who bought from Simon and has not received their miners?

I totally agree.. I am more then pissed off about this all.. I really had my mind set on receiving the ordered unit last month :/ however at this point (until the 15th) I don't think I have any legal recourse.. come that day I will be lining up to lodge my complaint.
I'm going to wait till the 15th rolls around as stated on his website :/
Nothing wrong with waiting, I just figure with how shifty he is being (deleting posts, hiding himself, setting accounts to private) and not communicating the time for waiting is over. There may be no legal recourse I can take for another 3 days, but I still think it is worth alerting the authorities. If everything turns out ok, then I will close my reports and everyone goes home happy... mostly.
There is no excuse for not communicating with your customers. People are really unhappy and we can't let another BFL happen again. These types of events are the reason people don't want to trust bitcoin.

For any future legal support, I suggest you get printouts and screengrabs of your detailed order pages before they just happen to be deleted or go missing (a bit like the picture of Simon). Particularly if you paid in bitcoin.
'Awaiting fulfilment' should be enough to prove the order is paid up.
Of course if you paid in bitcoin you should have also done a screengrab video of you transferring BTC to a specific address !
