You don't do that or you will really regret estimating your losses, it's like if you estimated the money you spend in buying the things you wanted, you will also realized that if you save it instead, you could probably buy a house right now or a car, or you could be a millionaire, who knows, right? but since we spent it on the daily basis and it is our choice where to spend our money, the regret shouldn't be there.

We should always look on the bright side of the page to continue our story and to make a good next chapter of our lives.

depends on how much he already spend on the past in the gambling but judging the guy above , he only estimate that he buy some computer related stuffs so i can assume that he dont loose to much or he didnt play too much gambling on the past . there is no regret indeed if you play gambling and you loose because that is your choice . you play for a reason , you can either thrilled , excite and have fun while gambling . imagine if you dont gamble will you think you can imagine all of those ?

That largely depends on your general attitude toward gambling

If you are enjoying this activity in a genuine way, you will just consider the money you lost as necessary and required expenses, a payment of sorts. And then your thought would sound like "Man, if I didn't eat and didn't have to buy food, I'd have accumulated so much money by now that I could buy a mountain of better things with it"

On the other hand, if you are in fact looking for profits, and keep on losing year after year, that makes a perfect case for a witty remark by Albert Einstein, who once said that "insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results" (or insanity is crediting that witticism to him over and over again as he never said it)

thats why i see no reason why people need to tally their gambling expenses and winnings when they can just do it like a normal activities .

instead of counting our gambling money ?better to just consider it used for something funny and enjoyable.so if we win then that is another story.

I also do statistics on my past bets and gambles in order for me to become aware if I keep losing or winning in gambling. It is good to journal sometimes because it make us become a better gambler. We can also know our strength and weaknesses if we will keep recording our bets history. It is better to become aware than to just gambling without knowing our profitability.

If you have money and inspite of losing in gambling you are fine with it then no issue else very vital to keep a track of both profits and losses and understand that is it really worth losing the money in gambling considering if you play big bets and losses are in thousands. If those are very small amount then no worries about it.

Because it is really hard to track down all your gambling expenses unless you are strictly betting online and on a site or two only. Well, if you are diligent enough to take note on all of your gambling expenses anywhere, in casinos, in online sites, in poker clubs, etc, you may be able to come up with a nice breakdown. But I doubt many gambler would go as far as that.

Well, I don't like estimating my lose because it only gives me pain and regret as I count them but one thing for sure, I've wasted a lot of money when the time that I'm addicted to online gambling but the money I use is from the money I got while working in crypto and signature campaigns but if I estimate it maybe I can buy 1 set of computer, and I really regret it because I don't have a computer set now and I need it that's why I stop playing not totally stop but I play once in a month to save money.

i guess we are on the same situation . i dont know what i eat but i suddenly play without counting my losses but im not like this before because the first time i play gambling i always track what i bet and how many coins i loss . i guess that was normal for us when were still beggining on gambling because we dont know how to win but eventualy if we have more experience , we will know how to build a working strategy to win , so we can mostly win over loosing .

Yes it is good to have a calculations for that ,because we can see if our strategy and ourselves are growing in terms of gambling. We can identify ourselves too if we are addicted already or not. Having a big losses can make us miserable and desperate to win, and I think it is good to control this things so that we can avoid having too much to lose.

I don't gamble every day, so I never count the losses I have experienced. Looks like the amount of loss that I experienced only a little, not as you say, can lose for example $ 100 every day. Because indeed I do not have enough money to play gambling with a lot of capital.
