Recently, I used bitcoins to buy a pizza and get it delivered in front of my doorsteps, but I didn't get that pizza straight for bitcoins instead, I bought a gift card online and used it to order that Pepperoni and Cheese pizza with other toppings. It tastes pretty good and feels pretty good to buy your food with bitcoin, though it would feel better if you can buy food online or physically with directly using bitcoins.

I orderd some whisky online, at whisky.nl,
should be coming in today!!

Nice, didn't know that site. you also know a dutch website selling beer which accept bitcoin?

do not know one, but I know payment provider mollie does accept bitcoin, that is why the whisky site accepts it. The only find on beer and mollie was this glutenfree beer site: http://www.bierglutenvrij.nl probably not what you are looking for Smiley

I watched that website and that's not where i was looking for. They got some nice beers but not that much like other website. Maybe that the bigger ones like speciaalbierpakket.nl gonna accept bitcoin one day in the future.

It was my mum's birthday yesterday. And I wanted to buy a birthday cake for her, but when I reached the bread shop, I realized I forgot carrying my wallet and I had only a few bucks in my pocket.  I tried to talk to the boss of the shop if I can pay by bitcoin, to my surprise, she said YES and finally I paid the cake by bitcoin.  Grin

This is my first time to use BTC as real money buying a real physical goods.

As a bitcoiner, using BTC online is very common.  Have you ever used Bitcoin as Real money to buy Real/physical goods?  plz share your experience.   Wink

I did use my bitcoin to buy some new game for my psp 3 days ago.
Its awesome because it cost much less when I bought it
With bitcoin and didnt have to use my money.

It's pretty amazing that you were able to convince someone to accept bitcoin on first try.

This person must have already had a bitcoin wallet going or something.

I definitely bought some book and a meal with bitcoin almost a year and a half ago in person.  It was really fun.

However, I'd also say that when I've bought stuff online with bitcoin and it gets shipped to me that's also "real/physical goods" it's just not face-to-face.

It would be great if Mc'D, kfc, starbucks and other fast food companies start to accept bitcoin as their payment.

I regularly check the Goods board and i see many interesting physical things there.
But what i want now is an Ipad and the people that are selling these kind of items wants always the payment upfront.
They are newbie and i don't trust them, many of them have negative feedback for trying to scam so until now i couldn't buy any.

I have yet to spend BTC at a 'brick and mortar' store, but I am using it more and more for online payments of various bills.

I think it'll be quite a while before BTC are accepted at a regular store. Once that happens though, it'll change the game forever.

Nowadays also the SSL connection is not very secured as advertised and your documents can go to the thieves.

If you're not completely incompetent, you should be able to set up a website with SSL.
But yes, sending your documents to random websites online doesn't seem very safe.

At least in my city there is no store that accepts bitcoins as the payment.
I would be happy if there will be one but it isn't, i need a good (i)phone and a good laptop but its hard to spend the bitcoins.
Even though there are some opportunities to use the bitcoin through the bitcoin debit cards but the fees are a bit high.
