BTW, I've registered on monsterbyte. It says to check email for a confirmation link, but no email has been sent so far (I've checked my junk folder). May be a technical glitch.

have the same problem too

Shoot me a PM, and I'll help out!

CBTC Fund on Havelock Update!
As mentioned, we are moving all Havelock unitholders to our new token following the completion of our ICO which begins in July. Unfortunately, this process will be manual. So, in order to accomplish this smoothly, we stopped trading of CBTC on Havelock Investments at 6:00 PM UTC today.

All Havelock Unitholders who wish to move to our new token which will ride on top of the Waves Platform should register on MonsterByte.io

In terms of what to expect:
1. First, ensure you register on MonsterByte.io with the same email you leveraged on Havelock Investments, this is the only way we can confirm ownership.
2. In the upcoming week, you will be able to confirm and claim your units on MonsterByte.io.
3. Following the closure of our ICO, the new MBI tokens will be sent to your Waves address
4. You can then trade your MBI tokens within the Waves DEX, then other exchanges in the future.

Thanks for your support, and we hope you're as excited as us about our future plans!

Pedrog, you make great points, hand-up, we weren't thinking of it from that point of view, thanks for being so blunt.

Outside of the manual approach to move unitholders over to the more liquid platform, there is no issue with moving everyone over; and we will provide that opportunity for all (I will be editing my post above, and send another note out in Havelock after I'm done fighting their slow platform).

Thanks again for being so candid.

Well, that went better than expected...

For this place, a rare event indeed!  Cool

What will happen to people who have less than 5000 shares?

So you sold shares between 12000 and 18000 satoshi each, you paid 396 satoshi per share in dividends and now you're going to do another fund raiser without even paying at least 25% you took initially, and you want to fuck 506 shareholders because they don't own enough shares, that's a lot of scam accusations and negative feedback...

And with this record you want people to just give you money again for free?

I was going to bring up the 5k minimum as well but looks like you're going the right route, Smiley. Glad to see you moving CBTC in a positive direction!

Good question, they will have a chance to buy (for fractions of cents)  or sell on the open market on Havelock in the next 8 days; the unclaimed shares (which equate to <1% of all total outstanding shares) will be dispersed evenly to the remaining unit holders that have > 5000 units.

Without further ado.

Before we get into the details, we want to thank everyone that contributed to our success.  When we first launched on Havelock in 2014, we only had Blackjack, a very limited sportsbook, and a few hundred users. But we had a dream and vision to continue to grow our products organically and you believed in us, ultimately allowing us to raise 540 btc ($55,000 USD at the time) in near record times (minutes).

Through the years, we continued to add new products, refine them, and even acquire Bit777 and Peerbet.  Along the way, there have been plenty of ups, downs, lessons learned, etc. We are now at a spot where we need to raise additional capital to grow our revenue via increased marketing and product development on our consumer sites. This additional capital will also allow us to enter into the wholesale B2B operations via white-labeling all our existing software for resale and licensing purposes.

The exact details (pricing, timing, benefits, etc) of our ICO are still being worked and reviewed by everyone involved; but you should expect to receive notification of the offering no later than Thursday, June 22nd at 16:00 UTC. In order to make room for new token users, and allow us to raise the appropriate amount of capital, there will be some level of dilution across the board with principals taking the majority of the hit. On the plus side, everyone should be content with this move as our valuation will be drastically more favorable than Havelock, and there will be liquidity to trade your tokens immediately following the ICO.

All Havelock Units holders will move over to the new token at a 1:1 ratio.

Trading of CBTC on Havelock Investments will commence on Thursday, June 29th at 16:00 UTC.  We are working with the Havelock team to ensure their site is stable, and usable, during this time period. After trading on Havelock is closed, we will open a portal on MonsterByte.io for you to confirm and claim your CBTC units, you must register with the same email address as Havelock, and have access to that email to confirm your identity.

Thanks again for your support, feedback, and criticism! We look forward to our future, and hope you are as excited as us about what’s next.

So.. I tried to post an update within Havelock, but I also ran into performance issues that I couldn't get passed. I do not want to post an update here, but not on Havelock as well as that's not fair for the user's that aren't watching the forums daily. I will work with Havelock tomorrow to get the updated posted, and will revert back here as well.

Yes, details of that are forthcoming.

TY, we never stopped working on things, you'll see that once we make our ICO site live (in a day or so).

Also, we will create a new topic both here, and in alt-coin announcements, this thread will be live until we disable trading on Havelock (all these details are coming tonight)

Yes, We are personally working with them to get the site 'stable' and usable!

Seems like Havelock is dead now... haven't been able to log in for some time

I will be happy to see this project in general, back up and running.
IMHO though maybe it would be better to create a new topic, regarding any news and updates about it.

It's hard to read and keep track at this topic, especially when the op is from 2013... Undecided

So, will old investors receive new tokens in exchange for their shares?
