healthy diet is always start in self discipline. eat vegetables and fruits, exercise every morning and drink more water instead of eating unhealthy food.

For  me healthy diet is eating balance diet three times a day. Balance diet means you eat fresh fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates, protein in three full meal. And most all drink plenty of water. And remember your menu should be variety, not always chicken or pork.

it's importan thing to be healthy, there are many ways to get healthy, just decrease your eat, especially on the night, drinking white water as much as possible

You need to eat plenty of vegetables, they contain a lot of trace elements. A fast food is better to give up altogether.

I've been doing so boxing now  trainer said I need to do some cardio as well but I'm not really fond of running but I guess I might give it a try

For a healthy lifestyle, you need to eat moderate portions and be sure to include enough fruits and vegetables in your diet. Also, you need to drink enough water for good health.

Don't drink soft drinks and coctails, evade eating fast food and so on. Also you should have regular meals like 5-6 times a day and eat fruits and vegetables...

I advise you to often eat eg fruits such as bananas that can make the digestion getting better and more often to run to make the fat in the body will feel less.

For us to have a healthy diet we have to discipline our self specially on the foods we are eating. We should eat on balanced. Always eat fruits and vegetables. Do not eat junk food and fatty foods. And I believed that a healthy or a balanced diet is the key for a long life.

Proper nutrition is good. But life without sweet and wine is very sad. The easiest way is to sew your own mouth. Hang your bare photo on the fridge. Appetite immediately disappears.

change the pattern of a more healthy diet example, its by eating fruit and do not forget to exercise
