Eat low calories like you can eat food but just don't eat too much. Eat half of what you usually eat also Rice & Bread is not good to eat everyday it has too much carbs just eat any meat you want with salad eat half only. Try this routine and of course running and exercising in the morning is a bonus for a faster appearance of being thin

Don't eat too much carbs. And if you eat carbs, take the slow ones (oatmeals, brown rice) Eat a lot of vegetables(at almost every meals). For snack, take fruits. Don't forget to drink a lot of water or green tea, it helps to regulate your appetite and it is good for your body.
Remember, the easiest way to eat well is to have only healthy foods at home but it is important to allow yourself cheatmeals sometimes like potpockets said.
Combine that with some workouts. After some times you will see results of your efforts. You will be proud of you and you will continue in that way Wink

You had plenty of good advices...but I will also suggest you to treat yourself at least once a week! Allow yourself to have a PEACE of cake on Saturday, for example:) Otherwise you will go crazy and you will not be able to last long.

I went to the gym last for almost 6months. I loved the feeling, I love how light I felt with my body, I loved the feeling of being able to fit on all the dresses, jeans and shirts that I got big with. However, wanting to diet and having a healthy lifestyle should come with discipline and will to go to the gym. And of course, money. But as they say, there's no valid excuse if you really want to pursue a healthy lifestyle.

If you want to gain muscle mass you should eat every 2-3 hours. Every meal should contain about 30grams of protein, a plenty of slow carbs and some vegetables with olive or linseed oil. thats fine if eat snack can help think u at work...but you mush chage a snack try vegetables like salad or boil veget (carrot) or others veget

Try soups, fruits, vegetables! Also eat chicken and fish instead of beaf and pork!  Cool
