You should play some sports . That will help you very much .

And you need  to eat vegetable regugarly . If you do these two things , surely your healthy will improve

You just have to cut down on the rate at which you consume junk foods. Concentrate more on fad diet(low calories diet).

exercise every morning, eat healthy food especially veggies and fruits and drink 8-10 glass of water a day.

healthy diet is always start in self discipline. eat vegetables and fruits, exercise every morning and drink more water instead of eating unhealthy food.

For  me healthy diet is eating balance diet three times a day. Balance diet means you eat fresh fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates, protein in three full meal. And most all drink plenty of water. And remember your menu should be variety, not always chicken or pork.

when you just woke up drink a glass of warm water. then have a good breakfast, because it means a lot. you should eat about 40% in the morning. otherwise you will feel hungry most of the day. put healthy snacks and healthy dinner to your bad and make a small breaks at least every 2 hours or less. everytime you feel hunger you must eat something. maybe apple? your dinner must be the lightest meal. for example i eat soup every evening after work. and don't forget to drink 1 glass of warm water before every meal!

Snacks are normal when you're still starting, don't worry. You'll find it easier to stop that bad habit in time.

You need to eat plenty of vegetables, they contain a lot of trace elements. A fast food is better to give up altogether.

Set a goal... Think what you want to achieve and then plan.

Start of looking at what you eat, drink... and which ones aren't too good for you and say... cut one thing out a week...


See how you cope after a week then take another thing out.. and in the end just leave healthy foods but obviously leave an area where you can have something that you enjoy...
