In my case scratching off the list soft sugary drinks helped me stay in shape. BUT I'm not really sure if we should give you any advice since we're not qualified, perhaps you should find a professional advisor?

The healthiest diet is to eat only natural food and in little quantities. All the rest is bullshit.

Eat more protein.
Drink more water.
Eat less carbs and sugars.

One way of stabilizing your meals during the day is just to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. Just 3 times a day - forget about the snacks. That'll have good results in time. Also, avoid eating any fried food, and if you want to get even better, than eat less bread and sugar. Most of my daily ration consists of vegetables, but I am a lucky one, cause I love vegetables)

hey guys! I've been working out for at least 3 times a week but I need someone to recommend a healthy diet or routine.
I can't help myself eat snacks when I'm at work since they provide it.
Can you guys give me any tips, that would be so appreciated! Thanks

as for me, I quit eating sweets and bread. It helped a lot.
Just don't stop working out.

If you want to have a healthy diet. YOu should follow proper healthy lifestyle. You need to eat foods that is essential to our body and refrain from eating junk food but the important is if you want pursue it. Why not see a nutritionist and ask for a healthy diet.

Have you read Dietdoctor.com? It is a website from a Swedish doctor talking about Low Carb diet.
It has several scientific studies, several people experiences (with varied ages and places) and hundreds of recipes.

I deeply recommend it.

I think there are no Healthy Diet. Because when you on a diet you miss to eat many things. I think the sports or the GYM is the best way to loose some weight. And you eat less than before, drinking water much more than before.
