When will Stellar withdrawal be available again? I have been waiting for a couple of days now and the withdrawal feature says withdrawals are temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance.

Im getting the monitoring subsystem notice that says withdrawal could take up to 4 weeks. Perform withdrawal anyway still the best play here?

Guys write your tickets in TW or FB there you will get help faster, you can see that the support no longer responds to all the spam appearing on this forum.

A person has every right to post here as often as they like if this scam exchange has stolen their funds. It also serves as a warning to others not to trust this "exchange" & use one that serves their customers properly & in a timely manner.

That's what forums are for.

Stop trying to tell scammed customers what to do.

I am waiting for my 2FA to be removed for more than 3 weeks.
I have submitted all the required documentation: selfie with driver licence, selfie with hitbtc email on my laptop, details of deposit into hitbtc account.
Even if everything submitted, the Support Team does not answer anymore to my emails.

HitBTC keep my deposit!!! I had an account on HitBTC little less than 1 year, all was OK before this moment. At 2018-05-09 I transfer from my account on Binance 49673.9 XVG, it's big amount, absolutely all details was triple checked and correct, and money was just lost!!! I have all screenshots, everything. 4 posts to support - no results. Silence!!! Now 2018-05-13, and no even answer, only automated responces like:

Yesterday I was thinking to create an account on HitBTC to trade my BTCP as it is listed there a few days ago but after coming here to see the review of the exchange I am worried for my money. The account of that person is also red trusted. Some people are saying that it is better for them but why some are making these type of news for that. I accepted it for a while then thought that why they do not work to solve the issue for which they got red trust. They do not care for their businesses on this forum then it means that they will not care for your security. I hope that they will solve their issues and will clear all of its cases.

HitBTC has not returned my money to me for several months. Back in February, I transferred them 0.12 bitcoins, and in March 95.3 ether. After that, in April, I was convinced that I did not need their services, I decided to transfer money back to my wallets. I found assets in which I wanted to invest, but which was not listed on HitBTC. But HitBTC decided to block my account and still did not return my coins to me. They asked me to pass KYC - I passed. They asked me to provide all the screenshots of my transactions and the origin of the money - I provided. They asked me to confirm with the help of screenshots that the wallets belong to me - I confirmed. And that's all. No answer for 2 weeks already!
