Is Hitbtc delisting any coins from their huge messy coins list? even more than 200 coins is not making 500 usd volume per day. And everyday they are listing 3-5  more coins and most of them are scam coins. It already became coin graveyard. I don't see any altcoins with volume. Most of the big volumes (95 percent) is going with the main biggest coins like BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP etc.... Hitbtc has to clear so many coins from their list and to be more selective about listing new ones to get better reputation....

I send a lot of mined Monero to HitBTC everyday and do a lot of high frequency trading which they make a lot of money in fees from...
But now, they changed my Monero address without even notifying me!!!!

So I had 28XMR sent to what had always been my XMR address, but it's not showing up on my account as they changed my XMR address.
I assume HitBTC just keeps it, because I've raised a support ticket, 266121, and they haven't responded!

Why would they change my address without notifying me?? And then just keep a serious amount of money for themselves!

my problem is also a monero deposit that does not show in my account after 8 days.
i have already recently used the address and it had been OK, so i am sure of the address.
i have got 2 ticket numbers and i have put a complaint on the site, however hitbtc support does not respond.

I faced the same problem like mehceh. Hitbtc locked my account with 7 BTC.

Stay away from hitbtc now

A lot of traders have same problems on hitbtc. A lot of cases can be found on reddit.
alexah, KYC procedures are routine for all major exchanges. A lot of HitBTC customers pass them and continue trading, although messages from those who fail to pass the verification procedures are usually more visible.

What's your support ticket ID? Please share it here for an update.

I'm waiting for my BTC withdrawal for a very long time!
After withdrawal confirming I see NO BTC on account balance, NO TXID and NO CANCEL BUTTON!

I see that many are complaining here !

Check out the scam thread - it's full of HitBTC.com accusations......
Hoping that hitBTC staff will fix these problems as soon as possible, or they are losing traders.
I have an account in hitBTC and I don't have to open on it because all crypto's are decrease.
I saw that there are more featuring coins for trading, and I think they always have technically maintenance so that we could not cash out.
