To sell or leave this decision everyone should think with his own head. I bought about 7 altcoins and they've already dropped 60 %. But I left them and didn't sell.
if the volume of these altcoin is still high although the price is go down, you should hold it, because it will raise up on next time

If you are holding big and good ones then i suggest holding as money has already started flowing into crypto market and may-june can be huge, so i suggest holding for few months.
