The best decision to take depends on you because you own the coin. If you think when you sell, you will still make profit, you can sell but if otherwise, you can hold till when the market recover from the bear.
Now a days the price of some altcoins are very cheap I prefer to hold it first and buy more then hold it wait for the market to increase the price again i do believe that you can earn a lot of profit from holding it and buying at cheap price.

Hodl is in my opinion always a better solution but it all depends what are your goals and which altcoin are we talking about.in my basket, i am hodling. hodl since december 2017 and i think i will hodl it until 2020.
market is really one of the dip of this time.

Holding for five or six months is the best choice.Now the price of altcoin has decreased.So selling is not the right way.In the coming months the price of altcoin will increase.So it's best to wait.
