If you sell, you are accepted your lose. If you hold, you are accepted to wait and be patient through hard times.
If you sell right now, and price of altcoin that you have goes up for some time, you will want to buy again, and you will have another lose.
Also, it is really hard to predict bottom, only best traders can guess where is zone of bottom prices and not particular bottom price.

I think if we want to invest for a long time then hold is the best thing that we can do. but if we are trading for short or middle time then sell is our option. i think its depend on what we want because if we are thinking that we are make a good profit then we can sell it to take profit but we don't have to sell all our coins, we can sell 70% from all coin.
