It's better to hold than to sell it right now, just keep holding your token in a long term and wait until it increase!
Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice 
If you bought from an ICO then you should have sold it right after it get listed or after a month it gets listed in the exchange. But because you did not, you need to hold it and here is what you got to do. If it manage to recover to the price where you bought then sell it but if it happen to rise in the middle if the bull run then at least wait a little bit so it can give you back 2x profit.
If you doubt the coins that you have, and the selling price is higher than the price when you buy first, It will better if you sell. But if the price already below the purchase price and you believe that the price will go back up, you’d better hold.
to just right now the only thing to do is hold ,until the market is in stable condition ,and I don't know how long the market will be stable so for now what we are doing is just being patient
