Sell the altcoin which has no potential and no news from developer. Dont sell altc which have the development progress and legit team. Everything is going down from the peak and everyone suffer. Patience and if you have more money buy again at the dip so when it bounce it will gives you profit.

that is true, for me buying coins and holding them for some time will be the best option, in near future market could recover and our wallets could increase X times bigger.

Please for goodness sakes HODL onto your coins. Why would you sell especially for a loss? It will recover so relax lol , market need some stability of the bitcoin price range even a bitcoin on the 6000 Range for months will get market more confident
Just hold.Bitcoin will hit at least $25k at the end of this year probably.So,just hold now then you will get more profit by doing this.
