It's better to hold for a long time and make good profits than selling it immediately.
I advice you to hold, because if you sell now you isnt get any profit and fix the minus. But if you hold you will earn a great profit during the bullish market 
It is important don't be greedy and pre-determine at what price you'll sell your coins without regret. When coins will start rising, sell small amounts and fix your profit!
It is very dependable on what exact coins you have. Perhaps they won`t grow because the developers have stopped working on the project or nobody knows about them, if that is the case I would advise you sell them and start from ground up.

To me. I will choose to HODL because the bitcoin and general price will not stay low forever. It happened like this last year too but when we got into the fourth quarter, everything turned around for those that were patient. I think you should hold.
If I were you I will hold them because the future of cryptocurrency will be growth in the next year. I own alot of coins and tokens and I didn't sell them. I hope it will help for you in order to hold all of your coins and tokens.
Of course it is better to hold your coins, because value is very low and it's not profitable to sell this now.
Its better to hold your coins untill the btc recoup. btc cost has tumbled to 6k and altcoin cost additionally fallen after the bitcoin esteem. no compelling reason to complete a frenzy offering however watch out for btc value diagram and the safe levels. try not to stress btc dependably figure out how to recoup.
It is a personal decision, I think it only depends on you should have a bit of patience since the market is going down the best would be to try to keep what you could buy. Since in the coming months surely all the coins will rise again in price, you just have to relax.
I will advice you to hold your tokens and not sell in panic now as the present situation will go for a long time. i think that it is kind of stupid to sell something that brings you income, so the answer is quite obvious, if you need money then sell, of course
It is better to hold that coin if the value is very low. It's value takes time to increase, so whenever the value increasing that is the time to sell it. But I suggest if your coin has high value now you can sell it than to lose the profit.
