When the market is red, it is better to hold coins and not sell. When the market recovers, the price will start to rise and then sell.
If you have altcoin that you think will be valuable at this time, better sell at a high starting price. Do not wait too much for the price to rise, because it will not be predictable and you will lose your money. Hold the altcoin that you think will have a good price potential later on.
In my opinion, you should wait and not sell the market, the post will go up and you will be able to return your money, keep to the time when you go to 0 if the coin continues to grow then think of whether to record a profit or to wait farther
Wait for the market to be recover is the option if you hold a lot of alt coins from ICO. The market is recovers for weeks and I believe all your coins would be raised too along with the market.
If the value place on those altcoin now is very low i would have advice you to hold them to watch the market price later. Nothing is profitable in cryptocurrencies business than the risk of holding. Hope that this piece of advice help.
All you need to do is, it to keep because if you sell them, you will have big losses. Don't pay attention to other statements, it is risk, we have to solve. Think of bitcoin quickly increases after you have sold these altcoins.
Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice

I think everybody should know by themself if they have to hold their coins or if they should sell it. Because thats an important decision which will do by yourself. So in this case, dont listen to any one else. If you had enough profit, you can sell it even when there a correction ongoing. The only case i wouldnt sell the coins is, when you are in loss. As slong as you are in loss, i would hold them and wait untill the market goes up. Because most the time patience will be rewarded.
I want to say, The market has just started to recover and guide me to continue while possible, you will not lose anything by waiting but have a chance to receive good money. And if you do not have time to sell - make the price start to fall, you can only maintain your altcoin - until prices do not go up
You bought into a bubble and should have been selling for reasonable profit while it was going up. Instead, you held out of greed and now are screwed. You have no choice but to sit on them and hope they go back up to a level you can sell for some profit which could take some time (bitcoin took 3 years to get back to a point where those that bought at the previous ATH could sell again for a profit). Last time bitcoin did this sort of thing, it went from it's ATH to break even for miners over the course of a year. It stuck in that area for roughly a year and started to go back up again leading up to the halving. I don't see much reason why bitcoin wouldn't do the same thing again. And since ALTs follow bitcoin, I can see them continuing downward.

I think it's better now that you hold the altcoin you hold because now the bitcoin price is declining because what I know with you investing in ICO you can not get any advantage because many ICO projects are scam and you can invest in Ethereum in the long run because now Ethereum prices go up and can be good for the future
Check the market value it takes a matter of time we cant predict the price value of the coin in the market. if the coin is in a very low its better to hold it than losing some profit , but if the coin has a higher value now you should try to sell it.

i suggest you to hold them until they get price, although never know when that happen sir. 
In my opinion. seen from the market movement of cryptocurrency. you should not sell the Altcoin you have now. because cryptocurrency market is not stable, and Altcoin price is down. If you sell Altcoin that you have now, you will lose big. The best thing to do now is to stay calm, patient and wait a moment. I believe in a few months the market will recover and altcoin prices will stabilize and increase.

You should never sell if price is not satisfying; crypto is all about patience.
