The decision is yours because you are the owner of the coins, you can decide to hold and u can decide to trade it but for me am not trading for now despite the rapid decreasing in price of coins.

Many in this topic say that it is better to choose HODL, if a person does not plan to trade. But you need to understand that HOGL is not 6-12 months, but from 2 to 5 years.
Every fall in the exchange rate of the cryptocurrencys people are starting to shout that HODL strategy is not working. Give crypto time, at least until 2020.

for me, it is strange that cryptocurrencies still behave so strangely and I still can not decide what to do better because of this. now it seems to me that it is more profitable to combine
Now it is best to buy a big pack of popcorn and watch the fall. All of our actions will lead to the fact that we will lose money. The current fall and done in order to get our last money. I certainly think that the decline will continue, but I believe in better times for the cryptocurrency market.

You can trade with a falling market, this is a plus. But I still prefer to hold it up to better times, although I’m nervous

When you get to see the opportunity to trade, you can trade, but in the long-term it is still better to hold

Look at how many people lost money on a market crash a few days ago. This is a real disaster and you still want to trade here? Hodl is more preferable if you work in long-term, but it's even better to leave crypto to work on the stock market and forget about cryptocurrency manipulators  Angry

According to statistics, holder is always the winner. But being a holder is boring)) I prefer to hold 50% of my portfolio, and for the rest I do trading.

I will probably keep holding my positions even if it is tempting to exit as the BTC broke a major support, so it is to be expected that it will drop even more. And its movement should pull all the alts down as well. Damn, these two recent flash crashes were properly scary, but still, I am in for the long haul.

Market is not good as i see it.
For me, we should hold for now and just buy more.
The market is not good to sell our belongings as the market is really bad.
we should wait more time to gain better.

I bought TIOx during their ICO period and was holding for about 1 year.
After 1 year, the exchange was launched and I contributed to the pool.

It's more profitable and more efficient when you doing trade, and frome my experience when you loss on trade it's not same like you loss by just holding.

Now is the moment when it is quite profitable to buy tokens based on their growth in the longer term. Therefore, it is better to keep your tokens for the future. Well, if you have experience, you can engage in trading, it is certainly more profitable now, but also much riskier.

If you are holding for long term, it will give you more profit. Trading is short term. It means you buy a coin, and sell it the moment you get a bit more profit. It gives you profit instantly. Personally i prefer trading as there is less risk of loss. In trading you may suffer a bit loss. But in cryptocurrency, it is unlikely given its volatility.

If you have purchased tokens at higher price. Then trading in bear market won't give you positive returns. Holding would be sensible decision. Start trading once bull market will start. Because only then you will get desired returns from your investment.

I decided to sell a portion of my assets to prevent a bigger loss, but I've bought a few more coins today the price of all crypto currencies is much cheaper, maybe those who keep thinking positively, it would be better if they remained HODL, but if you think a preventive measures to prevent greater losses, then you will do the same thing as I do now

Trading is very profitable, if you know how, have enough experience in this, and steel nerves. Trading is a real male occupation, but ask yourself if you are ready to give a lot of time to this business, otherwise you will not succeed.
