Both things are good for now. Because all cryptocurrency markets now downing day by day. So we can now buy lot of top valuble tokens at lowest price. Anyway now iam strongly hold my all coins till end of year.

Many would suggest that you hold because the market is very bearish right now that you will end up losing a lot if you sell now. I too held some of my assets. But I also used and exploited the market situation by trading some crypto. That is why despite the down market Im still content because I still have earnings from tradings.
