I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

Your selected coins are bullshit.hhahaha.Converesly if you had invested in BTC,ETH,XPR,XLM,NEO,LTC,ADA think how much profit you would be enjoying right now.Holding strategy never tell you to hold shit coins.Always hold those coins which are backed by some strong projects, good development team, have some usage in the world, coins having these qualities would always exist and will grow in price as well.So always try to invest in these kind of coins.Investment in shit coins would be useless regardless how many years you hold them....
exactly, valuable time is wasted, you are really wrong in choosing a place to invest, as you say imagine how much you will get if you invest in btc, eth or others, obviously the benefits you will get, but it's all gone, well no one knows about the future, so we can not exactly guess it, make this a bitter memory and you should research and seek information before deciding to invest because it is very important for your future profit

You chose coins which will never grow in price. There are coins which for 2 years grew in price by 200 times. Better choose)

I think holding and waiting is the best thing to do now. It will be better if you can buy more coin now with low prices. It can be boring to wait for their growing but if you can wait patiently you will probably get profit from them. It’s important to find coins with growth potential.

Since prices are the same after years of holding, why not just let go and sell all of them to get your money back? Then just invest in other coins that have more potential. I think this would be the best thing to do considering all the factors.

not all holding is useless, because I get the benefit of the coins I hold for a few months.
I bought ATL a few months ago for $ 0.3 and I waited about 3 months and made a profit selling it at 2 $ at the beginning of the year, maybe you pick the wrong coin for you hold, so you do not get any for years.
I advise you to buy XEM or Cardano, this is a coin that has a bright future in the future.

holding just for the famous and good coin but the coin you hold is a coin of bullshit so you wasted holding that coin if you hold it for a few years also the coin you hold will not rise anymore and the coin will go down forever.
If you are holding bitcoin in that year until now I'm pretty assured that you maybe retire in cryptocurrencies works, but you've chosen that shit coin I don't know that coin is profitable to invest. Holding is good for those coins that have a potential in holding long term. And of course, patience was always there to control your emotion upon holding coins.

You have got a wrong decision mate, you hold a shit coin for how many years.

Well that's a long way you did go through, no time to give up now! I mean that's of course your choice, but be patient and you will be rewarded, but 2018 is not a good yeat for crypto, so you must have a lot of patience!

you should buy coin if its has a potential to increase or it has a good team behind. Don't buy without knowing if its good to hold in long term or not,  'cause buying for long term is not easy you must search a good feedback  first for the sake of your money.  By the ways  I love the thread title . Lol

not all the coins held holding bullshit. at this time a lot of good coins when in hold in the long run. but if you want to earn profits and play your coins you can sell coins and when the coins are at a cheap price you can buy back to get a profit.

Holding coins would be non profitable I agree, but this is the case when what your holding are coins that have no plans at all.
As what they were saying "shitcoins", don't hold coins of that sort.
Had you read their whitepaper and studied their roadmap, then holding coins may not be so hard to chose.

Well not always, some coins are really good and useful only if you hold them for a long-long time (like ETh or BTC) and some of them are suits only if you buy and sell them in a day or two.

Holding coins is not bullshit. It can be influenced by several factors, such as the coins you have worth or not, and the market price is in good condition or not. If the coin you have is not valuable, it may take a very long time to hold it.

I know sometimes holding is bullshit, but if you don't holding the coin, you never know how much your coin will reach. as long as you still get a profit, I think holding is never wrong. if we are looking at the price, bitcoin's price is decrease so you better hold it tight

Holding coins is a great and safe choice of investment but of course we need to select the best most especially in Altcoins that are not listed on top ten or even twenty on coinmarketcap. If you selected Bitcoin with your investment I think you have huge profit by now. Holding also depends on our coins of choice. If we have coins that lacks potential I don't think they are worth it to hold that is why we should be picky and having due deligence is a must.
