I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

I confirmed that these coins are really not a promising coins for investment therefore it is unfair that you will make all coins are not worthy for holding in which there are lot of Altcoins that are very promising for a long term. Why don't you give a try for some top altcoins in the market like Ethereum, Ripple and Lite coins which is very cheap to purchase right now because of corrections not because it is crap like your current coins.

of course it is bullshit because as you can see altcoins don't go up in long term, you may look at some of them and think they have gone up but if you check their charts you can see that the rise happened in a very short time and they couldn't drop back to normal price because the hype lingered.

in most cases like these coins they got pumped, you missed the selling chance because you were bag holding then they got dumped back to normal price because their hype didn't last.

Well holding id great it just depends on what are you actually holding. If it's just a coin without a great concept which won't attract investors and won't bring any change for the betterment then holding should not be preferred rather let it go and find some potential coins which have every essential thing needed for a successful project and that will change the way you feel about holding right now.

only works long term for btc and real alt projects with real dev teams that are not a scam

^^ This.

Try researching your coins a bit better, invest in coins that are innovative and have a team to pull it off, holding has worked well for me.
A cheap coin won't just pump because it's cheap, it all comes down to the project itself and what it'll offer over the rest.

You hold the junk coin so it will still be rubbish if you hold it. you'd better hold a good coin for the future, not a vague project coin like that.
Not all holding the valuable coins for a long time. It is better you’re doing research on the coin before decided to hold.
The idea of held the coin to profit all depend on what you hold.....

You can't hold a rubbish tokens and expect the price to increase with time, time is a good thing because it helps to bring to light the truth about the project, do you want to say holding Bitcoin and Ethereum for 3 years don't work, you need to be holding the right projects
Yeah don't  bold those coins  that  you  think don't grow or just pump and dump you will end up nothing select  a coin which is known to the coin market cap because for sure it is already  gain recognition  among investors and the working product is already in the market and gaining.

I don't think your holding coins are good, it's better to analyse the details of a coins that you want to invest. I advice to you don't expect to much that you will get a big profit if you do hold, because there's a time that you may lost if you invest in a wrong coins.

The sad truth about holding cryptocurrency is that there are a lot of very real risks. The largest of them is that you could lose your money…ALL of it! Investment advisors will tell you never invest more than you can afford to lose, and that explicit warning tends to be communicated more strongly, the higher risk the investment vehicle

I can relate to that. When I opened up to my parents that I am holding a lot of cryptocurrencies, my dad told me to just hold most of them until I can make millions. I tested to hold all of them in January, but in the end, they crashed. I lost more than 50% of my portfolio's value instead of cashing out some short and mid-term coins/tokens that I am holding.

Yeah, I know it feels, but it is part of the learning process because I was still new during that time when holding a lot of cryptocurrencies coming from ICOs, airdrops, and bounties that I have joined. It's okay, I have no choice but to hold until the next bull run comes and gain enough profit for me to cash out.

May be u hold it when the price is getting worst.
I thought that holding need more patient, because not all coin raise the high price in a few months. They have their time to the moon.
When the time comes, younwill thankful and laugh out laud.
Nothing is instant.
For suggestion is, we guys need to notice more, which coin will have a good future.
Because not all of them.

Actually, holding isn't bad. It just so happened that our coins is not that good enough to make its price higher because sometimes it lacks of investors. Some coins are worth holding for but some are not because you'll just regret in the end.

Bro ahahah. It's a pity  Sad Sad
I even don't know such coins.
From one coin of NEO you could get more profit than from these three...
That mean you have to analyze very careful in details in what you want to invest. Especially in period of 1-3 years.

Those coins you mention are not even within the first 100 bracket of coin rating. If any of them is within the range I would have ask you to continue to hold and the market will soon turn but none. So kindly sell off and go into the market to invest in the within 100 down.

Most of the altcoin would disappear in a year time as their goal itself is not clear or big enough to sustain in coming years. So only btc and other best of the altcoin could survive and holding such coins will definitely be more profitable in holding it rather than selling it at early stage and then regretting at later stage.
