**The Resolution Roadmap**
**1-2 days from today: Post Mortem** - The who, what, where and how of the social engineering exploit that occurred.
We intend this to be a brutally black and white, truthful and transparent representation of what occurred as you all deserve nothing less, and also include punitive measures, and the steps being taken to prevent the occurrence of such an attack ever occurring again . Once the Post Mortem is released, a time frame for the next step will be released and followed.
**Next: Token Migration Plan** - We intend to propose a migration plan for the new TAP token to ascertain the exact methodology of how New TAP will be distributed. First, all necessary data will be gathered (LP's, Token Balances, etc). Once this is done, a plan will be crafted and agreed to in steps by core contributors first, top TAP holders second, the Pearl Club third, to then be presented to the broader community. After being finalized, the Migration Plan will be executed in concert with the Mainnet Plan. Once the Token Migration Plan is finalized, the timeline to Mainnet Plan will be shared.
**Final: Mainnet Plan**- The mainnet plan will entail an all encompassing doctrine in which a more granular retrospective analysis will be completed and shared, internal restructuring will be finalized and notated, then an all encompassing forward looking plan will be created and distribute.
While these phases are ongoing, any information being shared regarding any of these plans before an official release has taken place should be looked at as misinformation or at best, pure speculation regardless of by where or whom the information was sourced. We have many processes and activities still ongoing that cannot be publicly discussed and require our full attention, so please be as patient as you can throughout these steps.
Lastly, it has already been made clear that you should not interact with the hacked TAP token, nor any other Tapioca contracts or tokens in any manner whatsoever, even including utilizing AMM’s to trade the token. @everyone On October 19th, Tapioca DAO suffered a social engineering attack which led to the theft of 4.7M$. The hacker was offered $1M bounty in exchange for the $3.7M remaining of the stolen funds with a deadline of Oct 22nd 4:00 PM UTC. This deadline has now passed with no response, and therefore this bounty offer to the hacker is now null & void.
We are currently working with law enforcement agencies and various security groups such as zeroShadow and SEAL 911, as well as the BNB Smart Chain team, where the funds currently reside.
