Well as it will imply for them to have access to digital wallets, digital exchange platforms, bank accounts, documentation etc I don't think it will be possible. This is only achievable if there will be a low cost and more accessible way to exchange the currency.

Thats why it is very imposible that bitcoin will be the global money because not all persons ingage themselves to computers. Not only beggars cannot use bitcoins but also our grandparents and disabled persons. But there is also a chance that beggar access bitcoin if you sincerly educate them but surely it will take all tour time. Beggars can easily access bitcoin if they want, many gadgets available in low price that beggars can afford, even beggars can access bitcoin if they are interested to access bitcoin. Bitcoin is free to all people who wants to access, but not totally all people are willing to access bitcoin, there are some people also are not interested in bitcoin.

Like you and I and many others, all of us learned how to adapt to this technology. Just take a look at our old fellows. They don't know how to use cell phones, but because it is a necessity, then they learn how to use it.

Yes your right, beggar can access bitcoin when someone helps them to access to it. Without the help of the other people who are knowledgable about bitcoin beggar will not have the chance of holding bitcoin.

As long as the beggars can access the internet they can finding bitcoin from it. I think beggars not should to ask bitcoin from other people because we can easily get bitcoin and other cryptocurrenncy like joining on airdrop and giveaways.

Thats a good question and its hard to think because what if someone will steal their cellphone or any card in cashless society if ever. On top of that how can they secure it if they don't know how to use gadgets. The government need to have a plan for that.
I'm sure that in the future even beggars will have the knowledge on how to use a very handy phone and they will be taught by some groups or organizations that is mandated and given a task to inform with specific group of people of using and adopting technology. I have this question on my mind before because here in my country plenty of them doesn't know how to use gadgets and they are even no read, no write. The solution is education so this initiative must be done by the gov't.

I guess the most convenient way for beggars to access bitcoin is to go to a nearby computer shop because it is cheaper rather than buying their own desktop computer or even smart phones. At least, when they go to a computer shop, they can still access bitcoin and doesn't need to spend a lot of money to it.

I don't believe all paper money will be changed to Crypto-Currency, people don't live in a virtual world, in a material world we need material stuf and paper money is part of it. Surely it can decrease a lot in amount, but not disappear completely. Step by step paper money loses its influence and the internet/informatic reaches in more and more places, it's a gradual transformation.
It is a huge step for technological development if the transaction system through beggars or street poor will be used by the system of bitcoin. It is quite complex for them to access it yet it is still possible for some countries like western or America. Where the government need to support how could they access a simple wallet for them to save their collected money for their daily needs. Bitcoin will work together with fiat currency for now until we have a total financial revolution which will take century for that to come to reality.
They could hold up to piece of papper or something with a QR code to their wallet, when you done scanning the QR code it could address you to hes wallet ID and you could send it.
