If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?

That is apso the question in my mind of the people wants to be a cashless society how come the does the lower part of the society can acces that thing if they do not even have a fevice that can access bitcoins. They do not wven have enough food to eat or even shelter to live. It is good to improve our technology and our way of living but lets not forget those people who are in need. Think about qhats gonna happen to them. How can they access the money now if that thing will be implemented.

The only way I feel where Beggars can access Bitcoin is just throuigh the Bitcoinners, where may be the bitcoin Beggars  are dashed from their n accumulated or stored Bitcoin. But in other way round, Beggars that are lettered, can access Bitcoin through their PCs and Bitcoin ATM where such is applicable.

they can get bitcoin in paper form like what you get when using Bitcoin ATM.

pieces of paper with public and private address after that they can import the private key to any wallet "just show the private key to any scanner" and get the money.

Important point

you must have some knowledge and internet access to use bitcoin.

Actually sir beggar is no longer access to Bitcoin because this is not like a fiat money that current uses today, every moves for bitcoin are use for new technology gadget like cellphone and computer, how did they access that? Even a small problem like daily food to eat but its difficult to get how much more bitcoin. That's only my perception sir

And connected with that we come to the question how Bitcoin can help poor people.
The answer for both is that this is very difficult just because poor people and beggars don't have the access to Internet, don't have computer or smart phone. Also, people in those categories are usualy have very poor education or even none and not enough knowledge about internet and technologies. If they had all that they wouldn't be beggars at first place, would they?
It's very complex theme and I can't see the solution.

beggars need a help from the people who are rich and have a money.how can they access bitcoin even though they don't know how to use a computer they don't even go to school or even how to read,so how can they join bitcoin but if you will encourage them to join and teach them how to use gadgets and buy them for joining us then let the beggars access the bitcoin.
I think that it is impossible for the beggars to access bitcoin because of the loss of interest of the people to help them but it will only become possible to access bitcoin for them if there will be a helper and that will give them the knowledge and also the things that they need which is like the same thing as giving money to them but the difference is, they will have a source of income for their whole life.

beggars can use the money they get from other people to rent a computer and use the net. Through exploring and browsing they will learn what bitcoin is and later on learn how to use it. If beggars began to earn, our streets will be free from beggars

Beggars might have money from other people to rent a computer and use the net, but the question is "are they educated enough to browse and explore for them to know about Bitcoin"? Maybe they have the capability with regards to money (gave by people along with the street), but how they can negotiate and invest if they don't even know how to communicate in writing and in reading as well?

We can help them by assisting them and little by little explaining to them the steps by steps, the pros and cons, the possibility of gaining and loosing in this kind of business. I believe though they are beggars, they have the hidden capabilities as others have.

I don't think they can access bitcoin, they don't have even a paper money to buy smartphones, laptop and have internet. Also should have enough knowledge in browsing internet because bitcoin is digital.

This is precisely why I do not think that is ever going to happen, and why I do not think that even fiat will go completely digital, there are still many people that will need to use cash, while there are many circumstances that may lead a person to become a beggar on the street I think bitcoin is going to be too difficult for them to use and so some form of cash will need to exist for people that cannot understand and use bitcoin effectively.

They don't, reason being, bitcoin isn't a tangible currency you can walk around with and drop in a beggars plate. beggars don't have access to the most important requirements needed for bitcoins i.e, internet connection and a medium, in this case, laptop or phones. I bet most even don't know there exists a digital currency.

They can access to bitcoin s long as they are knowledgeable and have an interest  to bitcoin, so sad for them if they don't have an  interest  of how to manage it to run

I think if there are no more fiat money because it is already a digital currency world then beggars will not be begging for money anymore. They will beg for food and other material things that they need for the day. But i am sure the government will take action if this scenario will happen.

They must have access to internet to do some transactions and it is important to have some knowledge about it.
They cant have it unless they have someone who will give tagt to them. Remember that they are a beggar so they dont have any gadget that we have. If there is a good samaritan that will help and teach me how to earn bitcoin then thats the time where beggar can access bitcoin. Honestly bitcoin doesnt choose any class in society as long as you know how to use and you have internet and gadget.

I reckon, a smart phone and knowledge about the system will help them earn some money. Bitcoins are very convenient and useful.

There are beggars in my country who earn $1000 per month or above. I will not be surprised if they have invested in bitcoins. Of course, they will have to take help of children as they might not be aware of doing net transfer and registering accounts on exchange. Note that I am talking of beggars who are begging near big temples or very crowded markets.

No it can't be access by anyone and as what you've said it is hard for the beggars to ope up with this situation so i think it is really better for us not to use bitcoin as a replacement for money because there are still people who doesn't even know how to use computers or any gadgets.

I think most beggars do not know the existence of BTC!

They only care about their food and clothing!

Even if you know BTC, he has no network to access BTC, no cell phone to store BTC!
As for me, the government should be responsible to help this less fortunate people. It's sad to say but the government has not taken seriously to provide funds and shelter for them.
If the bitcoin will become mainstream in the future, it will be difficult for the beggars as this will add to there agony in how to transact and learn the crypto system which I think it will be complicated for them. I'm hoping that sooner a new platform will be develop with easy transaction with this type of people. I seen a ICO for giftcoin for tracking of your donations, maybe the next will be begcoin. Who knows cryptocurrency has no limitation and full of surprise.

Bitcoin was supposed to be a currency, where a person can send any amount of Bitcoins to any other person in any part of the world within 10 mins and with lowest possible fees.
But now, due to a major increase in Bitcoin’s popularity, the time taken for completeing a transaction has increased and is taking more time than 10 mins. In some cases upto 2 hours and in some extreme cases, Bitcoin was not even transferred.
