I think the time will train you to manage your emotions. And also don't exert too much time on monitoring your coins because can also be a cause to stress you out and make your emotions stronger. Make yourself busy with other stuff and think positive always.

You must be very sober when tradecoin. Very important emotions can cause you to lose a lot. When you are not calm, stop the tradecoin, drink a cup of coffee and relax with soothing music. This is my own experience. Hope can help you.

If you are a crypto trader with a gambler heart and very emotional, just buy Bitcoin and HOLD. If you are very emotional, then you should not trade your coin with other coins. Crypto coins is very volatile so theres a greate possibility that you could lose your investment.

hmm i have got this problem, when i buy then i go out and when i back the coin price is down, i can't do anything except using cut loss, not much but it's hurts
what i do is : - go to bathroom, take a shower, then do what your mind wanna do, just make your mind calm, the best way is sleep then do with other coin next.

Discipline yourself and be patient those two are the only keys in my opinion in controlling your emotion because if you can discipline yourself and be patient at the same time in doing decisions and especially in waiting then i can say that it is an easy thing for you to control your emotion effortlessly.

This is the most important thing we should look at. as well as any analysis and strategy we are in trading then the result will be nil when we can not control emotions. I as one of traders of course experience something like this. When I can not control then I lose all my chances to make a profit, while I can control my emotions so I can make the slightest opportunity to be a chance to make a profit. This is a matter to be aware of, it is only good experiences that can keep us emotionally at our disposal.

It is very hard to control you mind. If you can control than you will be good trader, If you can not contorl just forget about tranding, betting etc... I don't think that you can learn to control yourself.

Altcoin is actually a very good coin but you cannot trust on it for quite a long period of time. You can only trust on altcoin if you are planning for either day trading or short term investment. As far as controlling emotions is concerned, I think this is the most important thing you actually need to do no matter which thing you are doing. Just keep on controlling your nerves for your better tomorrow.

Bitcoin is rallying so altcoins are down. You can hold your coins or you can just sell them at a loss and buy it lower. You mentioned that you just started trading a month ago so you don't have that much experience yet. I believe the key to control your emotions is through experience because even if you are so thorough in your analysis and have a trading plan already but you lack the psychological part then you will still lose more than you win and give in to your emotions in times of uncertainty. All traders started as a newbie but then those who are profitable nowadays went through losing more and then get through it that's why they already know how to do emotionless trading. Just continue trading and then still follow your trading plan and set a stop loss or hold your coins if you believe it will go up in the future because eventually if you just continue then you can control your emotions.

Emotional is important when we do anything. I don't understand about emotion in the trading what I observed in my life is not to be more panic in any situation so that we no need to worry about the present situation which is not going to finish if we get emotion on it so let the situation solve by itself don't get tense about it.
