As i believe that anything that involves money is also like gambling because your staking and risking your money. Controlling the emotions are hard for beginners as they didn't know what and how exactly they should react towards the incident but eventually they'll be used to this. So before you do anything stupid, stay calm, pick up your thoughts and decide what you should do and think that this are all usual in trading.

Patience is the key for you to survive this situation about alts.they are so deep now.and bitcoin is so high.but what matters is we must realize that alts has time to explode to have high value.so just wait enjoy the crypto and dont be frustrated.

what do you mean low? alts are showing big jumped right now and while btc are to keep 7k$ mark alts are partying lucky for those who able to invest while the value really move down and that's what is good inside trading knowing when to hold and when to sell you can control your emotion by allowing yourself to understand the system, it will just repeat itself so never give up and sell when you are still at loss.

not because alta is down,means it is down forever sometimes we just need to control our temper,always mindset that price here in crypto wasnt permanent .the only matter is when will the coins climb up.thats the time u need to wait

in trading prices that go up or down it is a common thing, we must be patient to face it do not emotion, it is a risk in trading sometimes profit and sometimes loss

I guess experiencing a loss is normal and every trader had gone that. Just keep in your mind that before you can earn more you should learn first, it's a part of the learning process. And when you already feel down, think and remember your main goal, focus on. And don't dwell on your loss, check and try to see another altcoin.

Control your temper my friend , Usually this is the reaction of beginners but as you go through you will learn a lot of things about trading, It is important to be patience because patience is a virtue, We all know the characteristics of alt-coins sometimes it goes up and sometimes it goes down. but remember based on your statement, the value of your alt coins drown down, Then wait for the moment it recovers because i am surely believe it will pumps up to the nearest days to come, So much better if you calm down:)

Its easy to say that mate but in reality while into the current situation, you maybe shaking your feet upon seing the price fall down. That statements is right and while into learning process you must do it all alone so that you will become a good hodler, as you applied your patience over it. Don't ever let emotions control over you, because you have your own decision; most importantly trust your instict.

There are some option: you can make an exchange ticket at a high value of the coin, so hen it will be reached then the exchange will do everything automatically or just let them there and try to do something else so you dont think at them. Ether way, selling them at a lower value than when you buyed it is not an option.

Of course there are different approaches to different types of emotions. In different situations. But all you need is patience. Patience is the key. One should be brave and practice it. For example, in trading we meet all sorts of people, and sometimes really good and sometimes not that good. But only if one has patience, it becomes easy to handle not that good sort of people. And just always remember that nothing is permanent in this world.

Patience is the key and you have to practice it, now that you are in trading. The more patience you have, the best you can control your emotions. Also, you have to be calm at all times and learn to not be easily affected by the results, especially if you are going into long-term trading. Another thing, always trust yourself and don't listen to what the others are suggesting as this might affect your trading decision. I didn't mean that all articles or news circling around the crypto world are all fake, these are the tools you need to do your own research, its just that you have to be smart and be keen, not just by easily believing in it.
