I really supported the death penalty. Death of any body is not a play.if any one is died by someone then in this case guiltier should be published with hard penalty that no body can repeat this guilty.

,Just to answer OP's question, I would totally agree if that law would be implemented, because as we can see in our current society too many people committing crimes which are very worst than an animal doing such as rape and murders, should rather be decided to receive death penalty, but only for those who are deserving after trials and further investigation.

for future
im not against it but the issue would be the in justice, proving that someone has committed the crime their sentenced to death.
if the governments just go and kill everbody that the court announced guilty, then justice would just become lower than it already is Sad

It's hard to think that killing bad people will be the ultimate solution for this world.

It may not be the ultimate solution. But getting rid of the most barbaric of the criminals would be a stepping stone towards achieving that goal. For a better and safe world, the implementation of death penalty is necessary.

I do not know why I slightly disagree with the punishment, ..

I also don't agree with the use of amputation as a form of punishment. Perhaps in case of heinous crimes such as rape and child killings you can have that option open. But cutting someone's limbs for just stealing something is plain insane.

Even though we agree that it is crazy ,. But we must respect the existing law, we may possibly be one of the opponents of that punishment. But their government may be the kind of thing they used to do. Because indeed each country has its own policy ,.
And we may not be able to do anything about it.
Punishment is still punishment, and let it keep going ...

In the U.S. state of Arkansas for eleven days from 17 to 27 April - going execution of seven men sentenced to death. The reason for such haste is that at the end of the month expiration midazolam - medicines used for injections in the execution of the death penalty. Over the last ten years in Arkansas were not executed prisoners. The seven men were handed down death sentences in the period between 1990 and 2000, the years for murder, robbery and rape. Midazolam is one of the drugs used in the process of execution of a death sentence to the convicts fainted. In the US the use of this drug is considered controversial after 2014, one of the sentenced to death more than 40 minutes remained conscious after the injection of midazolam and died a painful death. European manufacturers of midazolam refuse to deliver to US an additional batch of the drug. Existing stocks will end shortly, so in Arkansas and hurry to execute the death penalty.

In some ways I agree with death penalty, but for me it depends on the crime. Maybe those who committed heinous crime deserves death penalty but of course it should be in due process.

I support the death penalty so that people will be affraid to commit crime, but be sure that the person who commited the crime is the one who is being punished. Not the one who is accused and suffer the consequence.

And here's the problem. You can never be 100% sure that the person being executed was also the one committing the crime. There are a lot of cases where people where found innocent just in time - or to late. How much a margin of error - ie. innocent lifes lost - is it worth to keep the death sentence?

I support the death penalty. Any liberal laws lead to more crimes. Migrant crisis in Europe also proves it. Only the presence of weapons among the population is holding back a huge amount of crime in the United States. Here you have all the liberalism.

I support the death penalty so that people will be affraid to commit crime, but be sure that the person who commited the crime is the one who is being punished. Not the one who is accused and suffer the consequence.

We are in rare agreement, Lieldoryn. Death penalty is not a tool of deterrent. It is punishment for those, who commited crimes against nature, humanity and God.

IMO, it serves both the purposes. If someone commits a heinous crime, then he must receive the adequate punishment for it. Death sentence is a just punishment for crimes such as child rape and murder. Also, it deters others from committing such crimes in the future.
After the second world war in Odessa was a lot of crime because of all the gang were provided with weapons. Marshal Zhukov had produced a whole group of military intelligence to kill bandits in the robbery. Maybe it really is not humane, but effective way to defeat crime?

I don't support the mass murder of people, unless they are convicted of serious crimes such as murder and rape. But I understand that at that time, people  were quite desperate to get rid of the criminals. Marshal Zhukov perhaps didn't had any other option.

Killing a people is always bad things in every circumstances for me so I really find it strange.

Killing people who are innocent is not acceptable.  These people who killed innocent one deserves it.  Actually this week, a father has lost all his family. His mother in law, wife, and three beautiful children.  After 2 days they were able to arrest  one and when asked what is the reason behid that, he said it was jist a trip.  After drinking liquor and taking some shabu, it was only.their trip that is why they have massacre these people.  Was it a valid reason?

Personally I am agree for death penalty. Talking to the law of the church it is very unjustifiable but what if the criminal tend to kill and kill innocent individuals then when hw sent into jail he kill his fellow detainee. Do it really unjustifiable?? I think it is better to get rid the virus before it spreads. But somehow I disagree because yes given that death penalty is successfuly inplemented what if the abuse of power takes place.?? This is the creepy thing that may happen.

The rescue of drowning the handiwork of drowning. Every man needs to take care of your salvation. For these purposes, there is a "Colt". No the death penalty will not stop the criminals. This can only make the bullet from your gun.

Defense of still living victims comes to a men and their tools, courthouses can only deal with aftermath. Hopefully in a way, that will never stigmatize good people defending their lives, their families and their property from the hands of deviants and sociopaths.

The death penalty should exist, and he can make some criminals fear.

Yes maybe it would make some chill to those who kills brutally.  They might think twice before committing such act.  Or maybe at least it will serve right to those who were oppressed or were killed.  It will be equal.  Killers who killed then eventually they will also be killed.  It would be a fair deal.  Hope that death penalty will be imposed here in our country for those who really do something out of this mind criminality.

I do not agree. The pistol is needed for self-defense, but the death penalty will significantly reduce the level of crime. People feel easy impunity and commit terrible acts.
