I understand it's for people that can't  be forgiven, but i don't support it. Doesn't show a good example for future gens.

In my country, which is classified as a third world country, crimes are being perpetrated left and right. Some captured criminals are under the influence of illegal drugs/liquor when they committed the crime, some claim that they steal or committed such crime because of poverty or its they only option left for them to feed their family. However, whatever their reasons are, death penalty should be  imposed to those recidivist and to heavy crimes such as murder, rape, etc.

Violent crime can never be justified saying that the perpetrators are poor. There billions of poor people out there. Are all of them murderers, rapists and goons? I don't think so. Violence is embedded in the genes of certain people. They will indulge in violence, no matter whatever be their financial status. So it is wrong to blame crime on poverty.

Are we on the sane country?  As long as poverty is present in one country criminality is high.  It is like twins.  You cannot detached one from another, you cannot separate it.  I agree that maybe death penalty should be imposed.  But here is the church that will say, they are also humans have mercy, there still goodness in them.  Maybe they will changed.  But I wished that death penalty will be imposed again here in my country.
Eye for an eye some will said, but yes death penalty should be in every country specially went it goes down with crimes like murder (not in selfdefense) that one man tooki a life.

The death penalty should be the only punishment for crimes involving murder. The only problem is not just sentences, but probably easier to get rid of judicial errors than to help the offender to escape just punishment.

Probably, but if you ask me, death penalty should be used for cold blooded killings, mass killings,... basically for those with life sentences, because they'll be rotting in that prison for life, living off of tax payers money. Also, those who are arrested for fiighting, destruction of property, football hooligans in my country,... should be just sent to the coal mines and make them dig for coal for a few years every day of the week. Unleast they'll save some money like that.
Death is not the answer to the problems, it's just that it's hard to stop someone who has already been to the dark side and it's not going to be helpful to the world and it feels like it's okay to kill them, but we shouldn't be like that, it's not the answer. I'm just curious how you will be able to live and breathe knowing that you have done something so bad that you just want to die because of the guilt. Probably they are just Psychos.
Fear. Fear is best buddy of any law. In all countries and their law, fear is one of emotion that keeps people behave them selves. There are other factors too, guilt for example, but i think that fear is the strongest one. If one person who intend to commit a crime, i think there is more than 50 percent that he will not do it, because he know he will die because of it. Sometime simple knowing that you will go in prison will stop you in committing crime, imagine what impact would have knowing you will die because of crime...

Nowadays, with the help of advanced forensics, it is possible to prove the guilt conclusively in 99.99% of the crimes. And in my opinion, the death penalty must be mandatory not just for murder, but for other crimes such as child rape, treason, large-scale corruption.etc. But yes, we must make sure that there are no judicial errors.

It's hard to tell, when we are mad at some people we know, we can even wish them death. Now imagine with someone we don't know.

I don't know, there are crimes that should never be forgiven, but death? Hmm... Maybe prision forever. To be acomplished this there's needed a straight law and a faithful compliance.

The death penalty must be applied all over the world, for me there are some worthy crimes to be given the proper punishment, the death penalty. Some decent ones are murderers and corruptors. Killers dare to kill others, they must also be ready to lose their lives. While corruptors should be put to death because they take what is not their right, enjoy the treasures of others and get everything, they must also be ready to lose everything, including their own lives.

,Well in our country most criminals are already abusing since they think that they would be just in jail for years sparing their lives. For me those criminals who kill other human just for fun deserve to be treated like lab rats and doesn't belong to the jail but in the grave.

Death penalty is a very sensitive topic and a point of debate most of the time.  Here in my country the death penalty have been abolished after the end of martial law.  In my opinion I think death penalty is acceptable and should be practiced.  After the death penalty have been abolished crime rates has skyrocketed. I believe that with death penalty criminals would think twice or more before doing a crime.  I want death penalty on rapist particularly those who rape young girls.  The state has the power to amend the death penalty so i think there is no question whether it should be made legal or not.  Well unless if religion would again go against it.

Maybe is the most difficult question I have seen here because we can not choose who is going to live or who is going to die, we are not god but lot of people doesn´t care about that so they start to kill and they do really awful things so they need a punishment and also that is not secure to have those kind of people in the streets so maybe with them it would be a good option the death penalty

Death penalty shouldnt exist, every human has the right to live. every soul.
What about the humans that live to kill others? If you let them run loose they'll start raping and killing children, maybe your children. If you put them in jail they'll look for an opportunity to kill other inmates or guards. Such rabid dogs should be put down.
I respect your opinion and am generally against death penalty, but serial killers and especially serial child killers should isolated from society completely. The best idea would be to drill a hole in the rock, 50m deep with polished walls, so that they can't dig and climb, and throw them all in there. If they kill each other then so be it, but it's much cheaper to just kill them.

You can tell a lot about the death penalty and those people who are sentenced to a higher penalty. I would like to speak about several important aspects of this issue. What if the court was mistaken after all, because the history of jurisprudence and legal proceedings knows many such facts, when the courts sentenced innocent people? How can you consider yourself a humane society if I am engaged in killing people, even if these people also killed?

Although studies show thatt death penalties really could not make much difference in crime rates, i still do agree about it. Only when the most horrible crimes are the ones that will be applicable for the death penalty tho, because i believe in this kind of justice. Because i too have lost a very very close friend due to murder or homicide(I really dont know what to call it). He was a very kind and gentle person. Had no enemies or people who hated him. He was just killed because his killer was so high on drugs. The killer was sent to prison but saw him recently last month freely walking like nothing ever happened. He was only imprisoned for 4+ years for what he did to my friend. And i kust cant help but think, is the worth of my friend's life just 4+ years of being imprisoned?? Honestly i wanted to kill him myself.  But my morals just wont let me do shit to him.
I believe that this kind of question should be taken very seriously. And generally raise questions about the life or death of other people, as well as their fate, you need to stand by hand, as if it concerns you personally. Then the person will be objective if he answers the question, looking through the prism of himself.
