It is difficult to control all possible risks in the electronic money market. Only a careful investment, there are strategies to limit the risks. Capture the market carefully to invest in time.
Moreover with fluctuating price changes. of course it will be increasingly difficult to manage that risk. all we have to do is be aware of the upcoming price changes, monitor the market more often, so as not to miss important moments such as rising or falling prices, and sharpening your ability in analysis.

for now I manage my risk by selling the coins that I have when the price starts to fall, because now I see every coin whose price goes down will definitely continue to go down and make me lose my money, so I better sell the coins that I have and buy other coins (except that I have not yet made a profit from the coin, I will hold the coin).

I never panic in any situation, it can minimize the risk of losing. with a calm mind, any market situation can be faced calmly.
I agree. Never get panic and immediately sell your coins because this will results into nothing. It's better to understand and observed first the situation so that you can still be able to think enough and wisely make a moved that can satisfy our investments.

Every selling must yield profit - the goal of every crypto trader and investor. Every trader or investor has different price for which a coin will be sold depending on the satisfaction level of the trader and the capabilities of the project.
Pertaining to the risk, it is always good to study about the project, know its limitations and capabilities before investing in it in order to lower the risk of losing investment.

Learn to accept everything even its negative, try to accept it in positive way just like when you invest your money in trading  you need to accept whatever happen, because you choose to take the risk.

I am not doing any trade now. Only i am holding my coins. Actually i did some succesful trade last 2 weeks because i feel that dump . I am not managing my risks i am thinking about long term vision about crypto because of that generally i am holding my coins in my wallet and i am not looking to the prices. If i can see some pump i am selling some of my tokens and buy back from low price.

I want to know how you relate the risks to profits?
This mainly applies to traders and investors.
One thing every investor or trader should know is that, there is risk in every investment, but that risk level can also be reduced, by making the right decision at every point in time. Although, your decision might nit be accurate, but the right one can still be made.

What is the determining factor for you to sell or buy coins?
I sell when i am in profit, without greed and i buy when the price is very low to my satisfaction.

How many of you are trading short-term?
I trade short term, but recently i stopped in order to take a break and reequip myself.

Knowledge and patience are important to overcome the volatile crypto market, never sell lower than the price you buy, and wait for market movements to higher prices, and then use opportunities to sell.

I always prefer to invest in a coin which has some real usaages like Ethereum which has been used as ICO investements and also it is popular because of its lower fees. Another factor which I consider is the community. A community oriented crypto is far better than a lot of development.

The system I used to manage my risk is very. Firstly, I don't invest in a project just because it is being hyped by many. Most times, hyped projects are just opportunity of pump to dump. I check solid under value project with active team and invest in them.

I don't participate in the high risk projects with big part of my portfolio. 5-10% from all no more. And this participation I make after deep DYOR only. For trade I use technical analyses and if I have doubt in the decision I don't enter in this coin. Better not to earn than to lose

Everyone has their own strategies. I will decide to sell, buy or hold based on the analysis I do if the coin has great potential so I will hold it back and I will sell it when I have benefited from the coin because I have decided to hold it longer and the results are not in line I.

I am selling my coin when I see the price increase more than 20% or more because I can get a nice profit and save that for buying the other cheap coins. I cannot say that I trade in short-term because I am not too often use the short-term trade and it depends on how good situations in the market. And if I see the market can move fast then I will decide to enter the market and choose the coins but of course, before I trade, I've always analyze the price.
If that works for you then that is great but my personal style of trading is the complete opposite of that, I'm not going to sell my coins just because I got a small profit, I prefer to let the coins in which I invested to give me as many profits as possible because there is nothing worst in my opinion than to sell your coins too early only to realize you had made the right choice from the beginning and the coin skyrockets.
