What I found Odd here is that why prevent your self from asking your cousin directly since you mentioned that he is at this in long and having good at it?

Even if you do not have access to a satellite dish to watch the matches live, you can still discuss about the upcoming match and see on which player more people are betting and which player is more favorite to win.

Sounds like you are more interested in the gambling side then the sport itself. Or maybe it's the combination. You can always watch some Boxing and UFC feeds but you will feel overwhelmed and outsider until you decide just to schedule yourself some time to watch the matches for your own enjoyement. You need to have your heart in it so it won't be even work for you. It will be a special interest that you want to dig deeper and deeper into. Years of passion will make you an expert, but trying to learn it fast because of money involved seems more like hard work then actual interest on the fighting scene.

Obviously you should know the upcoming fight and the gambling platform that offer odds on the fight. It is quite easy now a day to know any upcoming fight and we have lists of gambling platform here in the forum that is affiliated to sports book where you can put your bet.

South Park, I quite agree with you on the fact that it requires a lot of time and effort to become well knowledge on any subject matter and it may take months to years and running into several seasons of follow-up before one could become well-informed and familiar with any sporting events and boxing in particular is a cumbersome game since it involved only one individual athletes.

But football may be easier to follow up since one can easily fine previous games statistics of a club and be able to make an analysis using the imformantions and data from such past events., but even that it takes time and effort to get accuracy must especially for a gambler that wants to start betting using that information as a novice it will be very hard at some points.

It is funny how all of a suden you delved into boxing entertainment and even thinking of betting on it. Anyways it is a good one from you OP but I think it would not be that easy for you to start with to betting into it when you do not have any idea how it works. I will advise you to go watch old boxing matches or tapes of boxers so you could know their boxing strength and challenges as to know how or have have knowledge of their possible wins and fighting match.

If you do not have access to satellite dish then how about your smart phone? Can you not watch with it? Most of the fights can be streamlined and if possible it could be downloaded why not take a step to downloading the matches of boxers so you could watch them.
