A quantity does not determine a quality. I think the perfect team is if we look individually, each of them has enough experience and has a good history in their respective fields. To build a new project, the core team of them must have at least 10 years or more experience to make their project successful. The most important thing to see that the Team is really good is the experience of their work, With that a project will be more advanced because they have experience in their respective fields.
