A team that has new and great idea everyday, focus on doing their work on their project, and the most important is they have a team that can make a relationship with the investors, that always answer what investors want to know and have very good marketing skills.
because a good relationship between the investor and the team can foster confidence in the investor, but on the condition that the project is made attractive and has a favorable potential for investors as well. and also the team must be able to convey in a way that is brief and easily understood by investors because investors need an explanation that they can understand

A quantity does not determine a quality. I think the perfect team is if we look individually, each of them has enough experience and has a good history in their respective fields. To build a new project, the core team of them must have at least 10 years or more experience to make their project successful. Although there is no guarantee of their background, but with the various experiences they went through, this could be an attraction for investors in investing their funds.

The number of members also makes sure to run a project. It is not possible with the few members they are able to work full time. However, many teams do not determine the success or failure of the project. I saw there was a project that had a minimal team, but it could work well. It depends on their efforts to succeed the project they are running.
also if the team has a small number of people but they have a lot of experience - they can make a very good project. Now there is only one problem - the search for investment

Personally, I think that the ICO team should consist of professionals only. Who know their job and can replace their colleague in case of his absence. Further, everything should be carried out clearly defined plan. Since recently all the conditions are not fulfilled, I agree to the set plan. And this greatly undermines the credibility of the entire project.

Hello Bitcointalk Community,

I would like to know from your point of view as an investor how a Team needs to look to get convinced.

Apart from the idear of the project I would be glad to get to know your opinion how a perfect Team looks like.

The reason behind this question is, that some teams have 3-4 members and others show off with 20.

I am looking forward to a good discussion.

Cheers

First of all we must first determine if the people behind the project really are, because scammers often make sure that they use fake people or teams for the project. Then teams should always provide updates on the project, and neither should the team or project keep a secret in the communities that support them. And it would have been better if it had been under the IEO exchange which is one of the reputable platforms in the market.

They don't even have twenty on their list, in fact one member of a team showing on the page can make all the difference, as long as that member has a reputation that is equal to Buterin and Dan Larimer.
This is one of the first things I looked on the project, team composition, we see so many so-called professionals and experts on their team composition but they are unknown here on this forum or the Cryptosphere, it seems they just go into the community because of the project, so people are casting doubts on the team composition.

To me, A perfect team is the members who are all experienced and outstanding with their roles, They have had successful projects in the past.
A good example of a successful project that owns a quality team is the Brave web browser blockchain project with a token called BAT (Basic Attention Token). The founder of BAT is Brendan Erich, who created the very famous programming language, JavaScript and the popular web browser Mozilla Firefox. Besides Bredan Erich, there are also many outstanding and outstanding members

In addition to the fact that the ICO team must be composed of professionals, I would like it to fulfill its own conditions specified when joining its ICO bounty campaigns, because recently such teams very often seek to deceive bounty hunters. If a KYC check is carried out, then the possibility of passing it should be already at the initial stage of the ICO, or at least what information will be requested. In general, the KYC check regarding bounty hunters should be decided completely. In my opinion, since we are not investors, the KYC audit should not apply to us.

The reason behind this question is, that some teams have 3-4 members and others show off with 20.

For me, at least they meet the following criteria :

1. It is no problem for me to see 3-4 members as a team but their identities are clear enough with appropriate and capable educational background. It must be visible from their social media and recorded no cases of law.

2. They make future goals rationally and choose clear ways to achieve it according to the roadmap.

3. All the team members are responsive and friendly to the customers both investors or bounty hunters.

4. They make reports regularly to the public according to current progress.

If you look at the project team only from a good point of view (appearance) it's really wrong. Because the design (appearance) in a web can be done by anyone.

The most important thing to see that the Team is really good is the experience of their work, With that a project will be more advanced because they have experience in their respective fields.

1. They will be willing to listen to investors ideas either good or bad, hearing the voice of the people will easily make the teams satisfy investors by knowing what they want.
2. Transparency in everyway no shady activities, they will always try to come out clean on every way possible to avoid any doubts

Investors like seeing the team members at events, not just one event, but many events. If the project conducts events on a regular basis (consider the example of Bitwings), it builds up trust in the minds of investors.

Another important point - they look out for the advisors. Notable advisors are a good sign for the project and investors.

For me, when considering an ICO project, I will learn about the project's partners. Besides, information about listing transactions, information about project managers and founders is very important. In the end, it's the project community.

In my opinion, it is very important that the development team has experience in the crypto industry. Project idea, marketing, etc. are also important.

In 2014, when the Ethereum project appeared, his team did not look perfect, but the project now ranks second in the coinmarketcap rating. Therefore, it is difficult to say whether the project will be successful if we look at the project team, because we must always remember the famous expression “Do not be afraid to do what you do not know how. Remember, the Ark was built by an amateur - the professionals built the Titanic”, I don’t remember the author. Amators sometimes create a project much more interesting than the one created by professionals. I think it is necessary to evaluate the potential of the project comprehensively, objectively, but even in this case there is a risk that we made a mistake.

First of all, the team must have a strong leader, it is the core. A strong leader does not have to be able to sell, engage in marketing, or understand blockchain. He must be able to find people, real specialists who will do all this, and guide them. In my opinion, this is the key to success.
